Can’t review my stay. Why? Booked room. ($240.) Arrived late at night. Door code didn’t work. Was locked out of the hotel. No staff on site. Called Hylands Hotel contact number and texted manager repeatedly. Zero response. After an hour, gave up: Spent the night elsewhere. Travelers beware.

Paid for a room online. Tried to check in late at night using door code as instructed. Hotel remain locked. Tried calling hosts multiplie times: no reply. Tried texting them: no reply. Finally, after nearly an hour of fruitless attempts to contact the staff, I left my booked shelter at Hyland Hotel to find other lodging—at 1 a.m. It’s not about the filched money. You could have any small need or major emergency while staying at this place: Good luck getting help. You’re on your own.

Me and my wife thought the room was really nice and cute. The only thing I would do is I seen a bicycle behind the building where we parked that just might want to be picked up and thrown away besides that everything was great loved it will definitely come back again.
