Reservei o hotel para meus familiares que vieram a Palmas por ocasião do meu casamento. Seis idosos, incluindo um cadeirante. O hotel conta com quarto adaptado PNE, camas confortáveis, atendimento simpático e acolhedor dos funcionários e todos elogiaram (e muito) o café da manhã. A localização perfeita, bem no "miolo" da cidade. Uma maravilha!

Um delicioso espaço na capital do Tocantins! Apartamentos amplos, equipe simpática, ótima localização e delicioso café da manhã!!! A garagem no sub solo é um ótimo diferencial para quem está de carro, neste clima quente da região! Adorei e vou voltar!!!

Surpreendente acomodações! Quarto com um enorme mesa de trabalho, onde pude trabalhar muito. Um diferencial que não havia encontrado em outros hoteis da mesma categoria. Cafe da manha delicioso e a Recepção muito simpatica, sempre indicando os melhores locais. Recomendo tambem o Restaurante Jacá, que abriu recentemente, anexo ao hotel, com uma comida nordestina deliciosa.

Cancelaram a reserva e triplicaram o preço. Liguei e relatei que havia confirmado , a pessoa que atendeu não mostrou interesse algum para resolver a situação. Fiquei consternada com desrespeito para quem realizou a reserva e confirmou. Estou tentando entrar em contato com a booking, considerando as tratativas.

Ótima localização e serviço acolhedor. Funcionários muito educados e hotel muito limpinho. Vim a negocios e utilizei bastante a internet do hotel, que se mostrou bastante rápida e estavel. Retornarei a palmas em outras viagens e pretendo me hospedar novamente aqui.
