Chose this hotel in comparison to the Ibis because the rooms seemed larger in size. The hotel does not seem modern and is overall retro 80's with 60's decor. There are not many things around the hotel in regards to restaurants/ shops etc. Chose this hotel for a stay before and after a Jalapao tour. For nice restaurants you will need to take an Uber or 99 to the lake/river for the sunset. The breakfast has many options. The room is large, unfortunately the Wifi was not working on both occasions when visiting and on the first stay we were sent to a room that had not yet been cleaned and needed to organise a different room, not a good first impression. Overall OK place to stay, next time I visit Jalapao, I may choose the Ibis instead.

Hotel limpo e bem organizado. O quarto é ótimo, a cama super confortável e os travesseiros macios! Serviço de quarto excelente e equipe super educada! Com certeza me hospedaria novamente. Único ponto que poderia ser pensado é a falta de um restaurante com serviço de jantar.

O atendimento tanto da recepção quanto das pessoas responsáveis pelo café da manhã precisam melhorar…
O café da manhã antes do horário previsto para finalização não tinha reposição. No dia 02/05, perguntamos várias vezes se fariam reposição e afirmaram que sim… demoraram tanto que chegou o horário final do café e não repuseram.
No dia 04/05, estávamos saindo de viagem às 06:00, com os café da manhã pronto, não liberaram que pudéssemos começar um pouco antes.

Fizemos um evento corporativo por 03 dias, para 35 pessoas! Atendimento excelente da equipe de eventos, da recepção e principalmente da cozinha, que em todos os dias nos surpreendeu com coffees deliciosos, e refeições elogiadas por todos! Os apartamentos diferenciados, espaçosos e com cama box de casal tambem fizeram a diferença para o descanso de todos! Com certeza voltaremos!
