Palma de Mallorca Centre 4-star Hotels

To be honest, the location is very central, the facilities are also good, the room is very large and very new, but it seems that this hotel likes to put sculptures of that kind of clothes... It's the kind of sculpture that only has clothes and no people inside... (like Doctor Strange's cloak) There is a sculpture that looks like ancient Japanese women's clothes at the door of my room, it's really scary 😭 I don't dare to open the door by myself and go out to be accompanied by my boyfriend 😭

We took a ferry from Barcelona and arrived at the hotel around 7 am. The hotel was so friendly that we were allowed to buy an extra buffet breakfast for €14 (trip said its €12) and stay in the comfortable lounge for our room until check-in time. Lastly, we were given a room an hour earlier, but somehow, we saw that the cleaners were cleaning every room. Besides bedding, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and well prepared. The room is always dim. The window is enormous; no stop is provided to stop the window from being blown by the wind. The bedroom carpet is full of stains and smelly, even the one along the corridor. The cleanliness is poor. No pantry in the room. It took them 4-5 hours to bring the kettle and the tea bags. Toilet paper is not refilled every day, you need to get it on your own at the lobby reception. The quality of hotel buffet, breakfast the comfortness of the louge and the location is unbeatable. 2mins to the estacion and 6mins to the town center. Requested a double bed but got a twin room which wasn’t great as it was our anniversary weekend away. First room air con didn’t work, moved to another without issue. Rooms not well sound proofed. Noisy guests too. Bathroom facilities lacking places to put toiletries etc. lifts very busy and slow. Overall average at best.

Hotel location in the city center, convenient transportation; checkin was late at night, the front desk was quickly connected to the phone is very warm. Although the room is not big, there are a lot of drinks!

Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally locate in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma.

Great hotel in the old town of Palma. The location couldn't be better. The breakfast is so far the best that I have seen and eaten in a hotel in Palma.

Had a 1 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Definitely recommend this to anyone. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. The crowning glory is the roof top Sky Bar with the most amazing views of the city.

Wonderful experience in Palma thanks to the nice hotel. The room is comfortable and large, providing a warm atmosphere for us. The service is great as well. I will revisit it in the future!

At present, this belongs to the worst room allocated to Asians by the overall European hotel. The smallest and most biased room. I understand the hotel owner wants to maintain the facilities, but at the same price, the worst room type is left to Asians. Let me not recommend compatriots to stay. Room: The color of the room is soft, the bathroom is very large, and the layout of the two sinks makes it more convenient for multiple people to check in. Toiletries are exclusively customized by Byredo and Palma. Even with sunscreen and repair milk. Breakfast: The breakfast is rich in variety, especially the quality of the ham is very good. Especially the croissants are different and very crisp. And when I wanted to enjoy the hot croissants baked, the staff immediately took freshly baked croissants to us. Experience: full score 💯 Opposite the hotel is the church, 2 minutes from the central street. Will definitely stay again next time. Really worth it!
