Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia. Veníamos a un brunch a través de hotel treats. Al llegar a un bonito comedor nos encontramos que la camarera dice que el brunch y no existe. Que solo podemos escoger entre dos ensaladas, pizza y una copa se cava. La verdad nos molestó bastante ya que actualmente sigue el menú brunch disponible en web donde se pueden escoger mucha variedad de platos, entra cafe y agua. Nos pareció lamentable que solo pudiéramos comer una pizza. A parte de eso. La calidad de la comida fue excelente y el trato por parte de Angélica muy bueno. Finalmente nos brindó un agua, y poder elegir algun plato más y el postre fue excelente.

The rooms and service are excellent. Really quiet, with comfortable beds. Would definitely return to the Heart of old town. The hotel is very welcoming and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Nice little roof top terrace, with a small jacuzzi. Location is great for old town. I would return.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Palma. Staff are so accommodating and welcoming. There is an air of relaxation in the hotel and luxury. The beds and bedlinen are some of the comfiest I have ever had. I did not want to leave. The breakfast is great with lots of choice. We decided to upgrade ourselves to a suit and it was a fabulous room. A lovely little terrace, tonnes of space and wardrobes and a very generous bathroom. A really beautiful room overall. The hairdryer is one of the few I have ever experienced in a hotel that is actually powerful, you do not have to hold down a button and it still had its nozzle. A nice touch. Everything is catered for at this hotel i would highly recommend it

This hotel was super cool and quirky. Like a labyrinth of cool spots including the cute ( albeit small) roof terrace sunbathing area. Staff were friendly , helpful and everyone was good-looking ( ha ha )! The free shuttle to the beach club out of town was fab! Loved the afternoon spent there / very cool! breakfast in hotel was fabulous. Sooooo much choice. Bar was stylish and quirky too . Definitely coming back x

Ein wirkliches Traumhotel inmitten der Altstadt von Palma de Mallorca. Wir hatten eine schwierige Anreise von Frankfurt aber das Hotel hat auf alles hervorragend reagiert, unseren Shuttleservice umgebucht und uns mit einem Upgrade beschenkt. Der gesamte Staff ist super aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Wenn jemand ein Top-Hotel in Palma sucht dann ist er hier richtig, von der Lobby bis zu den Zimmern ist alles liebevoll und stimmig durchgestylet! Wir können eine Buchung nur empfehlen!!!!

Zimmer 101 (!VORSICHT!) im EG zu einem kleinen Patio, roch muffig, keine vernünftige Lüftung möglich , mit Bettumrandung aus Holz-＞ Sturz- und Verletzungsgefahr! Badezimmer eine Etage tiefer mit steiler Treppe ( war vorher nirgends beschrieben), Fußboden schmutzig, Lichtsituation in Zimmer und Bad katastrophal, Duschstrahl schwach.

Lovely chilled vibes without being pretentious. Really good value, facilities and friendly staff. Unexpected extras such as free drinks upon arrival and complimentary spa session. Our room had an arched cave-like bathroom which was very cool, and we made use of the rooftop sun deck too. Don’t normally leave reviews but feel that this one warranted the extra effort. Hope to return, and will be recommending to friends.

Our stay at the Puro Grand Hotel was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is not only beautifully decorated but also offers exceptional service. Our room was wonderful, and breakfast couldn't have been better – we couldn’t have asked for more! The location is perfect, right next to the best restaurants and all the shopping spots, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. A big thank you to the entire staff, who were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially want to thank Anna, who took excellent care of us. Whether it was booking the beach club, arranging a rental car, or recommending the best restaurants and beaches, Anna always had the best suggestions and made our stay unforgettable. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely come back!
