Ich hatte einen gemischten 6er Schlafraum für 3 Nächte gebucht und war super zufrieden. Alles war sauber und wurde wirklich permanent gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekte Lage in der schönen Altstadt von Palma.

Une sortie nocturne permets de voir la mer mideteranne en différente aspect. Une île charmente pour visiter et laisser ses soucis dernière. Le monsieur qui travaille au bureau de tourisme me donne le courage pour apprendre l'espagnol. Ce sera parfait si on pourra avoir du café à cet hostel le matin.

Youth hostel with a good welcome. As promised, a receptionist is available 24 hours a day. The premises are cleaned several times a day and the beds are comfortable and allow a little privacy in the dormitories thanks to the capsules. In addition, the place is very well located (close to the city center and particularly restaurants) and the hostel offers large common areas. The hostel fulfills its part of the bargain! The only downside is the behavior of certain other vacationers. Unfortunately, we experienced the lack of social skills of some in the dormitories (loud discussions in the rooms, music without headphones, etc.). Pro tips: bring earplugs.

I was overall very happy with my stay there! I stayed in the mixed 20-person dorm for 5 days and was apprehensive about how that would go. But the way the beds are set up makes the fact that we were 20 barely noticeable. The beds are nice, and you can easily put on your clothes and bags, which I found really nice. There was also air conditioning. The bathrooms were okay, nothing great. It was the bare minimum, and it's true that the normal ones were small and barely had space to put your stuff in it. The common spaces were nice and practical. I cooked in the kitchen, which was a nice way to meet people. The reception guys were really nice and helpful. The location was also convenient as we were a few minutes walk from the center and from restaurants, cafes, supermarkets...

El hostel en si no es feo, es tal cual se ve en las fotos, aunque las habitaciones son mínimas, por lo menos las de 4 pax, lindas y modernas pero MINIMAS, no hay espacio para llevar maleta, es un lugar para que vayan con mochilas y nada mas, todo el espacio para organizar tus cosas esta en la misma cama, repisas, caja fuerte y perchas. Por otro lado los baños no tiene espacio para que puedas dejar la ropa, hay una sola silla para 3 duchas, y un ventanal enorme abierto todo el tiempo que se ve todo lo que pasa afuera y viceversa. La cocina eso si me parecio un desastre, todo mal lavado, desordenado, y las jarras para hervir agua un espanto, con solo abrirlas te das cuenta que era imposible usarlas, y esto va mas alla que los huespedes de turno sean sucios, estas cosas las tiene que mantener bien los del hostel. La atención del personal no me parecio mala como vi en otros comentarios, pero tampoco se destacan por brindar muy buen servicio. Estuve en varios hostel durante los ultimos años en España y pueden encontrar mucho mejores. En este caso fuimos dos personas y sinceramente por unos euros mas es preferible un hotel u otro lugar.

We canceled our reservation and contrary to their reservation conditions, the hostel refused to reimburse us for 2 of the 3 nights as they should have, despite our multiple requests. No commercial sense, nor even any expression of sympathy towards customers.
