Family of six including four adult children absolutely loved it. Great central location gave easy access to Palma's offerings. The food was top-notch and the staff was super-friendly. We slept on the third floor and it was quiet. We will definitely go back!

Regular visitor but very poor service this time. Incredibly rude bar staff (Ali) who was unprofessional and rude. He seemed to have other priorities, the other staff were lovely as usual. Hoping this is a one off and our next visit will be a brilliant as usual.

Super séjour. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour toutes les demandes.
L’hôtel est magnifique et avec des nombreuses œuvres.
La piscine sur le toit est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les principaux monuments de la ville.

The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!

Lively located at central Placa Cort: Enjoy first one of the most warm welcomes I have ever experience (thank you, Kathi, Tom, Emma and all others for your authentic Empathie and kindness).
Second, enjoy a thoroughly prepared welcome drink on the outside terrace with view on an historical olive tree…
Third enjoy your tastfully decorated and cozy room with beautiful bathroom and big bathtube (all in extremely good condition).
And don‘t forget to enjoy the small private spa and a massage by the incredibly competent therapist.
I could have stayed much longer…

Visited for breakfast twice during our stay - beautiful surroundings inside and out in a great location. Friendly helpful staff and a varied menu. We tried croissants, yoghurt and granola with mixed berries, avocado and poached eggs. Thoroughly recommended.

My wife liked the colourful decorated hotel with attention to detail. Centrally located in old town. Spacious and comfortable junior suite. Breakfast only a la carte. Room service efficient and quite good menus. Friendly service throughout the hotel.

We decided to have lunch at the Cappuccino as the sun was shining and it’s a lovely spot. Our experience was ruined by our stern faced waitress for whom everything seemed to much trouble. My husband even held a door open for her as she was carrying a tray and she didn’t even acknowledge him. We also waited forever to pay the bill as she was obviously ignoring us. The food was nice enough but nothing special for the price.
