Schön die Palazzo-Atmosphäre (Architektonisch und einrichtungsmässig).Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr ruhig, zum Atrium hin gelegen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Konzeptionsbedingt kann manches nicht geboten werden, wie z.B. eine Hotelbar. Es gibt kleine Mängel in der Ausstattung, wie ein klappriger Aufzug und eine wackelnde Toilette. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

There was no way to call reception from the room, or from anywhere - very difficult to get in touch with anyone when things are broken or go wrong.
Otherwise, a nice hotel, but for the price similar hotels in the area offer a much better all around service.

Es el segundo año que vengo celebrar mi aniversario de boda y he de decir que es espectacular, el personal increíble, sobre todo marta la chica que nos atendió, una profesional que hace que CA SA GALESA sea todavía más acogedora y especial, si yo tuviera un hotel y quisiera que mis huéspedes estuvieran como en casa o incluso mejor, sin duda la contrataría!

Feel cheated
It was alright , good location. Heart of palma , close to everything . However very disappointing that water bottles were not provided even though concierge said we would get one complimentary bottle per day . Some days they forgot to give us , when I asked for it , they billed it to the room .
