Beautiful old palace converted into a hotel. Perfect location to explore and very close to the sea. Excellent service and the breakfast is really good. We stayed in the “Gershwin” room which had its own private deck with nice little view of the gardens behind the hotel. Recommended.

Recently, my wife and I stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. We spent 6 days there and can say without hesitation that it was the highlight of our trip. From the perfect location (about a 2-minute walk to the cathedral and roughly 500 meters from the parking lot) to the quality of the room — everything was very clean and well organized every day. Since we were on our honeymoon, we asked for recommendations for good restaurants and beaches, and every staff member, without exception, was eager to help us. A special mention goes to the breakfast service, where we were treated wonderfully by Chef André and Sabrina. They did everything they could to make us feel at home, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful meal while always paying attention to the smallest details — like the honey we requested on our first day, which they made sure we had every day after that. Without a doubt, this is a hotel that lives up to all the charm surrounding it, and we will certainly return to celebrate our wedding anniversaries

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel in der Altstadt – ruhig gelegen mit traumhaftem Innenhof und toller Dachterrasse. Das Frühstück ist frisch zubereitet und richtig lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche, herzliche Personal. Die Kombination aus historischem Gebäude und moderner, hochwertiger Einrichtung ist perfekt gelungen. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, was sich an manchen Ecken bemerkbar macht. Ehrliche Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Had better service at 2 star hotels. Great art does not make up for bad service and lack of communication from management. At check-in it was like a conveyer belt. Then when an extremely awkward misunderstanding occurred the receptionist raised his voice to apologize making my medical issue obvious to others guests. I asked to speak to management that night. The receptionist told me she was not available. I was promised that I could speak with her in the morning, but because the courtyard windows are so thin I could overhear the conversation between the two. I reached out requesting information about the spa during my 2 night stay. I never heard back. The room itself was dirty. There was broken plaster under the sink and a dead fly in the bath tub. House keeping cleaned it upThe second night, but I wasn’t jumping to use it at that point. The hotel is beautiful. But that doesn’t outweigh how they treat their guests or the state of cleanliness of the rooms themselves. I was planning to use the spa, but I was quickly made aware it wasn’t available for me. When I reached out to management about this gap they never responded throughout my stay.

Absolutely fantastic Palace that’s now a high-end hotel. Only 12 rooms, gorgeous through and through - and omg, the breakfast!!! Special acknowledgment to Sabrina and also Andre who made us feel like royalty. Courtyard and rooftop are stunning.

Can’t recommend highly enough. The staff are so kind and friendly making you feel like you're staying with family. They went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble and made the stay extra special. The location is so central and easy to walk to everything. The rooftop terrace was my favourite spot, so peaceful with sounds of the birds and church bells, away from the bustle of the city. Don’t miss out on the breakfasts, I think we tried all the options, they were all amazing! The only downside is having to leave!

Annulation quelques heures avant mon départ par l’hôtel Palacio Ca Sa Galesa pour « problème technique » d’une réservation faite sur *********** plusieurs semaines auparavant. On m’a dirigé vers un autre hôtel le jour de mon arrivée. Vérification faite sur place: il s’avère en fait que l’hôtel Palacio Ca Sa Galesa était toujours en travaux, et ce depuis plusieurs mois. Service honteux pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.
