Manifestement beaucoup d’autres commentaires concernent non pas ces appartement mais une auberge de jeunesse qui porte un nom similaire… le présent commentaire concerne bien l’hôtel situé carrer de la Reina Maria Cristina. L’emplacement est idéal, et permet de visiter Palma à pied et d’accéder à tous les bus et trains. Un petit supermarché est juste en face. L’appartement 2 chambres avec balcon est agréable. La literie excellente. Il y a un sèche cheveux, une planche et un fer a repasser, des produits de toilette, de l’essuie-tout, un torchon, un petit lave vaisselle avec capsules fournies, une plaque induction, un four, un micro-ondes grill, quelques dosettes pour la Nespresso. Le wifi est un réseau ouvert. Le ménage a été fait tous les deux jours. Points moins appréciés : nous avons été réveillés systématiquement par le bruit de l’appartement au-dessus. L’équipement en assiettes, couverts et verres est un peu juste, et la poêle est usagée. mais rien à redire pour les autres ustensiles de cuisine. La hotte ne fonctionnait pas. Il n’y a pas de fiche expliquant le fonctionnement des appareils électroménager, cela aurait été apprécié. Enfin, l’utilisation de l’automate pour le Check in n’est pas très commode. Nous n’avons pas trouvé comment mettre en français.

Stayed in 20 bed mixed dorm, could hardly even tell because the beds are in little pods with curtains, individual lights, and chargers. 3 showers & 2 toilets but never had to wait, however only one of the showers locked. Kitchen was well equipped, common area good and social, staff helpful and helped me book some activites. Location 20min walk away from city centre and 5min from big supermarket. Overall great experience.

Excelente atención. Precio calidad. El personal super gentil, muy predispuesto a ayudarte para excursiones, servicios de traslados, muy bna habitación para recorrer la isla. Excelente precio. Higiene. Ambientado, ambiente en gral, calidad de huéspedes. Volveré. Rocío,Sebastian, Santiago, en gral, todo el personal. Impresionante el sist de servicio de higiene de todas las instalaciones

This is not a four star hotel, it has no front desk and no employees, I made my booking on the website, when I went to their sister property, a hostel on the next street, for no reason whatsoever they told me I was being rude, and said they would not help me with my check in and give me my room. When I had already a reservation made from days if not weeks in advance. They lack customer service, and more importantly they show themselves on the internet as a four star hotel when it should be a two or three star hotel. The Argentinian employees that said I could not have my room nor would they help me with my check in seriously need to study some HOSPITALITY. I studied hospitality myself, travel the world constantly, and this is something I have never seen before. Horrible customer service. Lack of hospitality.

Best hostel I’ve ever been to! The rooms were amazing and all the public areas aswell. There were alot of solo travellers and it was really easy to meet people here, especially on the rooftoppool. The staff was super nice and helpful. 100% recommend going here!

The best of the best. Lo mejor de lo mejor 5 estrellas. Hostel muy completo. Staff 5 estrellas. Todas las instalaciones son increíbles. Lobby muy bonito. Áreas comunes muy buenas. Ubicación buena a 20/30 minutos caminando al centro. Hostel muy seguro.

One of the best citybreak apartments we ever stayed in! Centraly located but out of the crowd of Palma. Supermarket, bakery at the corner and busstation at 7min walk. Very bright, light Apartment with modern equipment, decoration and all you need to have a great stay in Palma for some days. The cleaning service and change of towels is a nice extra! We loved this place and will be back(hopefully soon😊)

Everything was very good, the hostel is spectacular, good location, clean, comfortable. Very good connection with the airport. Also a good place to work and connect to meetings without problems. Very good place!!!
