Really great suites for a stay in Palma. Spacious, quiet, clean, stylish, and incredibly well located. We’ll definitely stay here again (we previously stayed at their hotel, Posada Terra Santa). Staff were very friendly and professional too!

We've stayed at the Posada many times and decided for this trip to try the suites. I can only add to the praise that others have said already. This is a great place to stay in a brilliant area of Palma. The suite was comfortable, very clean , spacious and perfect as a base to explore Palma and beyond. The roof terrace a great place to relax as well (although the few steps up to it are pretty steep!) Great value and we will be back !!

We loved our stay at Samaritana Suites, we had a studio which was perfect for two of us. The studio was well designed, decorated and equipped. It was serviced everyday so we felt as though we were in a hotel room with the added benefit of a lounge, dining area and kitchen.
The building was very central but tucked away and a little difficult to find, that is part of its charm.
Our flight was delayed so we arrived in the early hours of the morning, we were pleased we took up the offer of a transfer arranged by the team at Samaritana Suites. When we arrived, the night manager from the sister hotel appeared to greet us so I needn’t have worried about an unmanned reception desk.
We would definitely stay here again, it was faultless.

It could not have been a more wonderful stay. Our top floor studio apartment was super-comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus. The property is located in a great neighbourhood of Palma, full of character and local bars that we enjoyed fully.

We had a wonderful stay in the Samaritana Suites which are conveniently located in the centre of Palma. The suite was comfortable, quiet & clean. We enjoyed the self-catering element of the accommodation, whilst still being linked to the hotel. All the staff were most friendly and helpful, and we found housekeeping very efficient and not intrusive. The roof terrace with lovely views was always a treat.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Suite „Santa Maria“, sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Obwohl mitten in Palma war es total ruhig. Das Frühstück haben wir im benachbarten Restaurant eingenommen. Auch dies war ausreichend, verschiedene Eierspeisen wurden angeboten, frisches Obst, Käse-/Wurstauswahl, Pancakes etc. Ebenfalls durchaus freundlicher Service. Wir kommen wieder!

Best hospitality possible. Very high standard in service towards clients/guests. Very enjoyable. Located in the centre of Palma. Very clean room with daily cleaning. The windows block very well any outside noise on the street what is important in the centre city location.
