The room door and windows are not anti-noise，I cannot fell asleep in this hotel because of the noise. The air-conditioning is also not in good use，I caught heavy cold after I live here for five days.

This is a lovely hotel in a residential area of Palma. The hotel itself is small but very clean and modern in most areas. I stayed here for a weekend in June with my friend as we were in Majorca for a wedding. The pool area was nice, quiet and clean. The little restaurant served delicious food and the bar staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is not ideal, it’s up a very steep hill, not really near the main touristy spots. We got a taxi into Palma Nova centre on the Friday evening which was 15 minutes away from the hotel and this was buzzing with British tourists and so many food spots, it was great. However, the taxi was reluctant to take us there in the first place and we had a number of taxi’s refuse to bring us back to the hotel, despite only being 15 mins drive away. Overall, the hotel is value for money, clean, modern & friendly staff.

This is a really nice hotel not too far from the main part of Palma. You can walk to it in about 10-15 minutes but its a hilly walk back up so I would recommend taking an uber which was really cheap and readily available. The room I had was an apartment and it had a kitchen, a living area and a balcony overlooking the pool. I arrived very late at night and the person at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. The included breakfast was really good. You will not go hungry. We also ate dinner outside by the pool one night and it vas a very nice experience. All in all a very good stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was nice with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it super easy to get around Palma. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their warm and professional attitude really made a difference. The hotel itself was spotless—both the common areas and the room were very clean and well-maintained. The room was great and clean, with a nice and comfortable bed . Breakfast service is very good, the selection is quite wide and the overall quality is very good as well. The hotel is near the Porto Pi shopping mall (10 minutes on foot), which is convenient. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma. Great value for money and a very pleasant experience! The balcony lights remain on all night, with no ability to turn them off. Some light does slip underneath the curtains, so the rooms can't be pitch-dark. The hotel is located in a hilly area which can be troublesome
