Miguel and his team were phenomenal! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The view from the sea view room was amazing. 10 minute walk to Palma. No complaints!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were welcoming and professional. The food was absolutely delicious. Our room was spacious and beautiful and our balcony view of the sea was stunning.

Excellent hotel! Large and comfortable room with beautiful sea views. Reception staff are outstanding! It's a small hotel so they get to know their guests well - it created a real feeling of being cared about. I am now missing not having someone welcome me with a friendly smile when I enter a building! Most efficient housekeeping I have had - no waiting and wondering if they will come to clean the room - it's done almost the minute you leave. Love the turn down service and wondering what the nightly sweet treat will be. Highly recommend.

Das Hotel ist exklusiv und das hat seinen Preis; für uns war es den Preis wert; weil wir sehr persönlich betreut wurden an jedem Tag; weil alle Mitarbeiter immer ein Lächeln hatten! Weil die Atmosphäre des Hotels luxuriös ist und dennoch ungezwungen ! Alle Mitarbeiter sind bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Ich hatte Geburtstag während des Aufenthalts - ein kleiner Schokokuchen vom Hotel war ein sehr lieber Gruß ! Wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick; großzügig, absolut sauber, ausreichend Stauraum; jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser pro Person; eine kleine Flasche Sherry zur Begrüßung; im Bad Dusche/WC getrennt; Frühstücksbuffet klein, aber fein auf der traumhaften Dachterrasse mit Skybar ! Die Betten super bequem, weiche Auflagen auf sehr guten Matratzen. Das einzige was ein wenig störte war die Strasse am Meer entlang, die vor allem morgens zu hören ist. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Mit Ohrstöpsel war es dann kein Problem. Toll auch dass das Hotel den Mietwagen organisierte - hat alles gut geklappt ! Ich wollte für meinen Geburtstag etwas "Besonderes" und das habe ich bekommen !
