Perfect historical, luxurious boutique, very close to city center but not too close to streets and noises. Staff were very friendly and professional. I especially loved their breakfast. Do book with breakfast.

We have never been received so warmly in a hotel as in the Posada Terra Santa. This friendliness, the beautiful rooms and the great location in the middle of the old town made our stay the perfect Mallorca experience. We'd love to come back.

6th staying at Poseda Terra Santa, and always a pleasure. Small cozy boutique hotel with beautiful renovated rooms. You feel like home from entering the hotel, meeting service minded staff at the front desk, to enjoying the time at the rooftop pool and the great breakfast. Can not wait to get back.

Ich kann nur Gutes berichten: wir kommen jedes Jahr (seit über 10 Jahren) ins Posada Terra Santa – es ist eines der schönsten Boutique Hotels in zentraler Stadtlage das wir kennen. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen in Palma; die Hotspots der Stadt sind in nur kurzer Gehdistanz erreichbar. Man kann sich auch gut zurückziehen, erholen vom pulsierenden Leben der Stadt und die wunderbare Dachterrasse mit dem kleinen Pool geniessen – eine Oase der Ruhe; wunderbar. Die Zimmer sind freundlich gestaltet und stets gepflegt. Bemerkenswert ist ausserdem das Frühstück; es lässt kaum Wünsche übrig und wenn doch – sie werden erfüllt. Das Personal dieses Hauses will ich speziell erwähnen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich, zuvorkommend, geduldig und stets hilfsbereit – der Gast ist König und wird als solcher behandelt. Trotzdem ist die Atmosphäre im Haus nicht abgehoben; sie ist herzlich und freundschaftlich geprägt. Wir schätzen das Haus sehr und können es nur weiterempfehlen. I have nothing but good things to say: we have been coming to Posada Terra Santa every year for over 10 years – it is one of the most beautiful boutique hotels in a central city location that we know. The hotel is in a quiet part of Palma, with the city's hotspots just a short walk away. It's also a great place to retreat, relax from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the wonderful roof terrace with its small pool – an oasis of calm; wonderful. The rooms are nicely designed and always well maintained. The breakfast is also remarkable; it leaves nothing to be desired, and if it does, your wishes will be fulfilled. I would like to make special mention of the staff at this hotel. All employees are very polite, courteous, patient and always helpful – the guest is king and is treated as such. Nevertheless, the atmosphere in the hotel is not pretentious; it is warm and friendly. We really appreciate this hotel and can only recommend it.

Amazing hotel, location and best customer service. The hotel architecture and amenities are lovely. It is located close to numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was extremely comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast was lovely with some nice and fresh products. The staff was just amazing, from the front desk, the waiters to the cleaning ladies, everyone just provided the best customer service . A special thank you for Ania who looked after us both times we stayed in the hotel! Indeed we returned to the places for the end of our Mallorca trip as we loved it so much. We will be back and would 100% recommend it!

This is an ideal hotel for those who like quality, attentiveness and good old fashioned service. The breakfast had a good selection along with. Delicious choice of cooked foods. Cereals , local bread. good selection of fruit and cheeses. Very homely atmosphere. You feel like you are part of the family. Service from reception and breakfast staff outstanding. A special call out for Fabio who really did make my holiday by getting me some Twinnings tea. With an actual teapot. Attention to detail is paramount . The rooftop bar has exceptional views of the cathedral. You have a plunge pool and Sun loungers. There are some steps up before you get to the rooftop. Compact but sufficient for central Palma. You are minutes away from Plaza Major and the cathedral. Great bars and restaurants. We had a great paella at La cantina ( not a glamour place) by the Club Nautical. €20 a bargain. Delicious. But for me the most important thing were the excellent staff who helped us with everything. Almost like having a concierge. Believe me I should know.
