Innside Palma Center

Large breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and a variety of hot beverages. Nice beach location. Pleasant personnel throughout. Room was clean with a variety of soaps and lotion. Cons: Hallway and constant street noise was terrible. Ask for a room away from the lower levels.

Stayed here briefly for an airport early flight. Very friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation itself was spotless. Rooms spacious and very comfortable. Wasn't too keen on the location. Its only about 5 mins to few tapas bars and about 15 to 20 mins to marina and old town. I prefer to be in the thick of it. It is on a good bus route for getting about also.

Lovely hotel, rooms are immaculate and cleaned everyday. Pool is lovely as is restaurant bar. All of the staff we encountered were super lovely and helpful especially Paco and Rebeca on the front desk. We will be back next time we visit Palma!

The hotel has wonderful modern and fun art decor. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean providing a free minibar (beer for adults and Coke for kids + mineral water), but no kettle or tea and coffee. It also had a safe, dressing gowns and slippers (we didn’t use these). We were 2 adults and 2 kids, the beds were 2 singles and a sofa bed, all very comfortable. The bathroom provides conditioning shampoo, bodywash soap, handwash soap and body lotion along with bath sheet towels and hand towels for each guest. The bathroom has a bidet. The door doesn’t lock not lock and has a frosted glass so you do need to communicate with your companions as to when you’re using the bathroom. The breakfast is excellent, everything you could want. Coffee is okay (there’s stronger coffee from the cafe over the road for later). The staff are so lovely, although there was a misunderstanding about the water by the reception-English people expect water to be freely available but they don’t like you to fill up your water bottle with this. It could have been explained kindly. The indoor swimming pool is small and a luxurious treat. The rooftop pool wasn’t open when we stayed but looks nice. The hotel location is perfect. I hope to come back to Palma and stay here again.
