The hotel is very well located and the breakfast was lovely. I had some great massages and would spend some time on the roof by the pool which always had lots of space despite it being small. What really made it different however was the staff who made it such a lovely experience. I will definitely return.

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of of Palma. Incredible amenities, and very calm, cool (AC was merciful in the middle of summer) atmosphere. Service was exceptional from the minute we stepped into the place to the minute we left. Nuria especially was an amazing host and looked after us both inside the hotel and helping to organise things to do in the city. Will definitely be staying again.

Nous avons eu la malchance de voir notre vol annulé la veille au soir de notre départ, nous avons de suite contacté l'hôtel qui n'a pas voulu ni changer les dates, ni faire un avoir, ni rembourser aucune des deux nuits réservées sur leur site. Malgré un appel téléphonique en espagnol, ils nous ont dit que l'hôtel n'était pas complet et qu'ils allaient faire la demande de remboursement au service client. Malgré l'envoi de capture d'écran de l'annulation du vol puis de l'hôtel complet (ils ont reloué notre chambre!), nous sommes contraintes de constater qu'ils ont manqué cruellement de classe, d'élégance, d'empathie, de sens du commerce, ne nous donnant que la solution de nous retourner contre la compagnie aérienne. 900 euros envolés pour cause de grève! Aucune consideration de notre situation qui naturellement n'était pas de notre volonté. Notre dernier e-mail est d'ailleurs resté sans réponse...

An outstanding hotel with exceptional staff. So much so that I have booked again to return with my husband in September. Daniel and his team went above and beyond. It is so apparent how much Daniel cares about the guests and his staff. Joaquim, your recommendations were fantastic. We so appreciated your expertise. You made our stay even better. Nuria, thank you for your kind, gentle approach and for saving us in the car park when we were scared by the “white cat” that was just the holographic on the floor. 😂 Daniella thank you for the restaurant booking, we were so grateful. Laura, you made the breakfast experience so lovely. The barman, the restaurant staff, forgive us we did not capture all your names, thank you for making our stay so special. Gorgeous rooms, each one unique, fabulous pool area, so thoughtfully designed. Last, but by no means least, the food was exceptional, exquisite flavours, accompanied by imaginative cocktails and a beautiful wine list thoughtfully put together. Keep doing what you’re all doing you deserve every continued success.

My family and I stayed for one night in this hotel and we wish we could have stayed for longer! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations- our room was breathtaking, the spa was great, the food delicious, and location was ideal- not to mention the wonderful staff (Núria and Lydia gave us the most wonderful welcome and were so helpful!). Thank you for a fabulous stay!

The staff and facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was well worth it, with great choices of food and specialist tea! In the evening, the bar was lovely and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. Overall, it is the best hotel we have been to in Palma ( and we have been to several of what we thought was the best)!

After a warm welcome from the staff found the hotel to be most comfortable and classy, situate in a quiet side street but only minutes walk from the shops and umpteen restaurants and cafes of Palma.
