Superb location. The hotel is small but very neat and tidy. Everything provided but a staff thats warm and welcoming. There is very nice history to the hotel and has some original parts like the beautiful door. Michelin star restaurants only 30 seconds away too.

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind angenehm gross, sauber und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Die Rooftopterrasse mit kleinem Pool kann stundenweise gebucht werden. Das SPA haben wir nicht benutzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Service hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt ist top. Restaurants, der Hafen, die Kathedrale, Einkauf usw. ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wow, wow, wow this hotel is stunning, despite the 5 star reviews this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff, each and everyone of them were utterly amazing, their attention to detail and little touches are outstanding. This hotel is located in the heart of Palma, superb location for exploring this fabulous city. We’ll be back for sure!

We have just had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived and until we left we felt very well looked after. We have stayed in many beautiful places but the staff at this hotel are exceptional & an absolute credit to this hotel that makes it well worth the 5 stars ⭐️ The reception team are so welcoming and attentive & genuinely go that extra mile to make your stay pleasant. There was a young girl in reception and she loaned us beach towels and gave us water for the beach. She was always smiley 😊Another staff gave us a tour of the hotel & we were lucky to get a room upgrade room 305 at no extra charge. They provided information about the town and assisted directing us to a nearby beach to suit our needs. The room was luxury and the bed & pillows comfortable we slept soundly. There was little touches like a fan & hat & welcoming note👍also the housekeeping would keep your room immaculately clean & our bed was remade as we were at breakfast & they would return in the evening make sure the towels were clean and tidy & shut your curtains 👏 Angel who served breakfast is also a very cheerful man who seems to enjoy his job👍& attentive. Breakfast was relaxing & good quality & range of food available. We will return to this hotel when next in Palma city as it was perfect for us & we could recommend as a quality hotel & service which is second to none.
