It was such an comfortable experience! From the moment i entered, they made us feel so safe. Jon pierre was so helpful and really nice to talk. Veronica helped us to plan our whole trip with amazing recommandations! Rooms, toilets, bathrooma and cokmon areas everywhere was so clean. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at Y Hostel Palma de Mallorca for just one night because our flight arrived late and we had another hotel booked the following day. Upon arrival, the receptionist who checked us in that evening was very friendly, which we appreciated after a long day of traveling. However, our morning experience was completely different. An Argentinian guy (we don't know if he was a receptionist or hostel staff member, as he didn't even introduce himself) started shouting aggressively, demanding that we leave the place immediately because other guests were arriving. His attitude was completely inappropriate, and we practically felt like we were being kicked out. Although the place is adequate for a short stay, we can't recommend it due to this behavior. The friendliness of the staff is essential, and this experience left a very bitter taste in our mouths. I'm only giving it one star because of the treatment we received from the Argentinian guy in the morning.

Very much enjoyed our time here! Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Guille! She was always making sure we were looked after and any issues we had we sorted. Would recommend to those who are wanting to travel to Mallorca and surrounding areas.
