Very clean. Quiet area within walking distance to centre of Palma. Bus stop right outside, with a very frequent service, for those less strenuous days.
Excellent cafe wthin hotel. Tapas bar next door. Supermarket across the street.
Pool was clean and roof top area quiet.
Would recommend a stay at Joes.

We stayed here for 2 nights before we went on a med cruise leaving from Palma Port. We were greeted by the staff on our arrival which was late in the evening with two free drinks and a very warm welcome who were perfect from start to finish. In particular Sophie in the bar restaurant The hotel was immaculate & modern and the full experience was enjoyable and more than we had expected it to be. The food was lovely and reasonable priced. Great location. We enjoyed it that much we came back for lunch the day we returned from the cruise as we had 6 hours to kill prior to our flight home . The staff were agreeable to look after our luggage so that we could go a walk to Palma before our fight home. We couldnt pick any faults and recommend this hotel and we will definitely return. Flawless stay and brilliant hospitality.

Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen, sowohl öffentlich als auch mit einem Mietauto. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich ca. 500 Meter entfernt, direkt beim Meer. Wir konnten das Self Check-In nutzen, was super funktionierte. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sowohl die allgemeinen Räume als auch die Zimmer. Sehr stilvoll! Die Größe des Zimmers war perfekt. Die Außenrollos und die Lichter lassen sich elektrisch über ein Touchpad steuern. Vom Pool am Dach des Hotels hat man sogar Aussicht auf das Meer. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas hellhörig, wir konnten öfters andere Reisende über und neben uns hören. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist in Ordnung, ist nicht unbedingt die schönste Ecke von Palma. Jedoch muss man nur einige Stiegen nach unten auf die Hauptstraße machen und ist direkt an der Meerpromenade. Alles in allem ist das Hotel gut dafür geeignet, wenn man ein schönes Hotelzimmer nur zum Übernachten sucht. Frühstück wird im dazugehörigen Restaurant/Cafe serviert.
