Je l’ai pris car il ne restait plus rien à Palm Springs et je devais y rester deux nuits de plus mais bon rien d’exceptionnel. C’est pratiquement un Airbnb car il y a personne sur place pour vous accueillir … tout est fait par e-mail (codes d’accès etc …). Pas de petit déjeuner, pas de machine à boisson, pas de réception ….

Pool was filthy and cold. Hot tub was filthy and cold. All outdoor furniture broken or wore out. No guest first 2 days there. No TV or refrigerator in room. A/C is extremely loud window unit you can’t sleep through. No management in duty. No friendly anything. Please do not book here. We had a 5 day trip planned. Could only make 2 days and that was way too much. But it was too late at night to leave.

Property was very convenient staff was friendly! Our only complaint is the gate did not lock as it was supposed to and the issue was not taken care of even though we reported it.

The staff should be careful not to make noise at 5 or 6 am while guests are trying to sleep. Also, my coffee maker was broken. So not a great experience.

Okay but not for the price
Honestly, the hotel is a bit rundown, our bed was very comfortable & clean I will give it that for sure but we found two roaches in the room, the floor was dirty & we didn’t have any room service any of the 5 days / 4 nights we stayed..

It was a very quiet area. The gate to get into the property was broken, and around two to three a.m. received a knock on the door from a random person looking for a John and/or Jason, which there was none of in the room. I’ve stayed here before, and I’ve never had that issue, but assuming with the gate being broken allowed non-guests to enter, which is not okay.

Honeymoon
Checking in went okay once we got settled in we tried watching tv and it did not connect to the service. Then the pool was not the cleanest and the jacuzzi was not working at all. My husband went to go ask about the jacuzzi and the only nice thing they did was let us know we could use the pool next door, their sister property. It was soo much better. My husband asked if we could be switched since we were on our honeymoon and they offered with an additional $150 fee. I said we could just walk over. Now the bed definitely needs to be replaced it was caved in on one side. I would recommend to book elsewhere
