V Palm Springs

Location: The hotel is praised for its excellent location, which is conveniently close to downtown Palm Springs with easy access to entertainment, restaurants, and shops.(based on 1 review)

We were booked in a room directly above the bar/restaurant. The website said the bar was open until 10pm so my son and watched TV waiting for the music and noise to die down. 10:30 and people start chanting and we can hear everything. I asked the front desk person why the restaurant wasn’t closing and she said the hours are variable for big events like Stage Coach and the bar was separate from hotel and wouldn’t shut down. Thank goodness there was another room we were able to be moved into far away from the noise that had a more comfortable mattress and was quiet! The hot tub was great and the room was clean. Not sure what the floor material was made of but I didn’t like to walk bare foot on it as it felt kind of sticky. It would be great to state on the website that the hours are later for the bar when there are big events in town.

Staff was unfriendly, rooms pretty loud, balcony completly useless. Shower and Bathroom dirty. Room looks completly different on the photos. In total fully overpriced.
