The pool is cleaned twice a week by a professional pool keeper. About safety: The safety of the guests is a priority. The home is equipped with smoke, fire, and carbon monoxide detectors. There is also a fire extinguisher. For a major emergency call 911 to get assistance. City rules: All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, collection of separate hotel taxes, no outdoor music permitted; insuring renters are over the age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter.
