We stayed at this hotel recently and left with a very negative impression. The staff were overly strict about having any music around the pool, even though we only wanted to play a small amount of relaxing background music. It wasn’t loud or disruptive at all—just some light tunes to break the monotony. The staff’s response was both rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse. Honestly, the pool area felt boring without any music. It’s a shame because a little bit of ambiance could’ve made a huge difference. Instead, the staff acted like we were doing something outrageous for simply trying to create a more enjoyable atmosphere. While the hotel itself might have decent amenities, the attitude of the staff definitely ruined what could’ve been a pleasant stay. We won’t be coming back and definitely wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxed, welcoming environment.

This was a fabulous 14 days vacation. A mix of mountains, beaches and relaxing by the hotel pool. Apartments feel brand new, induction cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, large balcony. Everything is spotless, like hospital spotless. The clean everything all the time. You can contact reception via WhatsApp and they are very responsive. They offer underground parking garage (paid), but street parking is always available and free. Rental car is definitely needed, because it is quite remote. With a car it's great, freeway is 5 minutes away.

We visit there 13 of july to 17 with famliy and we rent a car and waw everthing is very nice and clean and the people are very friendly ready to help you inside the hotel and outside and the food was the best and drinks and renzo from the bar was amazing make our vacation the best ever we had we will definitely come back !

This modern and recently renovated property offers all the comforts: a bar, minimarket, swimming pools, and laundry facilities. The location isn't the best, meaning it's not on the beach, but it's easily accessible by car in just a few minutes. I especially appreciated the generous breakfasts they generously offered.

Excellent hotel, clean and fully equipped. You'll need a car, but otherwise it's convenient to everything. The apartments are beautiful, as are the outdoor areas with a pool and games for all ages. A shout out to Gianluca at the bar, who was very kind in giving us advice on getting around the island.

Buen punto de partida para la familia
Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados. La piscina es cómoda y tiene varios servicios dentro de la propia urbanización: gimnasio, minigolf, parque infantil, tenis de mesa, bar y mini supermercado (sin productos frescos). La zona es muy familiar y tranquila, cercana a playas muy cómodas como la de los Cristianos o las de Adeje.

Fulfilled our expectations, new apartments, fully equipped and spacious balcony. Garden is perfectly orientated and plenty of sunbeds. Really relaxed atmosphere and perfect place to relax away from the crowd at Las Americas. Max 15 min in a taxi if you want to go there for dinner or shopping.
