Cute and comfortable!
We stayed here initially just for a place to sleep as there was a bachelorette party we were going to, but we ended up loving the location and decor of the place! Definitely coming back when we can just relax on the couch or the fire pit instead of running around town. Eric was quick to respond to any questions and the location was well-stocked with anything we needed. I'll keep this place in mind any time I go back to Dunedin!

Ozona happiness
We love Ozona and since we discovered Eric’s properties several years ago we love it even more.
We enjoy the beauty of the area and relaxing nature of the community. By far our favorite vacation spot.

Great spot for a long wkend.
Nice old Florida neighborhood feel. Awesome location didn’t use the car all wkend. Friendly helpful owner. We’ll appointed little apartment. Had a great time.
