The Reef House Adults Retreat

Everything about our stay was amazing — from the friendly staff who go above and beyond, to the incredible inclusions. It was a truly relaxing experience, and the bed was so comfortable. The food was delicious as well.

Fabulous location right on foreshore, very chilled calming atmosphere, Classic clean rooms beds very comfortable, Quality comes at a premium cost but well worth it ! Lots of extras, We have stayed before and will definitely be back.

The Staaf are so helpful and friendly nothing’s too much trouble. The resort has a very nice relaxed feel about it. Lots of great activities to do yoga ,bike riding cocktail mixing & wine tasting. we did them all and and enjoyed them

The inclusions for the stay here are amazing, particularly the yoga and cocktail making classes. The food is exceptional from breakfast, pool side snacks to a three course dinner. Fresh made juices and sorbets with daily fresh flavours. The staff are engaging, interesting and passionate about their work, happy to help with your every need.

Returned to the scene of the crime, (1st Year Wedding Anniversary), at the Reef House in Palm Cove. Had not changed much in a year as you would expect. Room was spacious with 4 poster bed & outside balcony with fridge, etc. They provide us a complimentary bottle of Champagne for our special occasion. :) 3 lovely pools to choose from including a Magnesium pool (quite warm), a large "normal" pool & a hot tub. Managed to spend a bit of time around them & utilised the barman to serve us food & drinks. Canapes (included) each day at 5pm & we also enjoyed a massage on one occasion (voucher also included in overall accommodation package). Breakfast (included each day) was a lovely al a carte selection with great outdoor/indoor seating looking out to the ocean. We used the bicycles to cycle to Clifton Beach along the cycle path which was very pleasant. We also had a wine appreciation session booked (through the RH) but opted out in preference to hang out by the pool. We had done this on a previous visit & found it a nice social event. All in all would visit again given the chance as it is in a lovely location with great facilities.

The Reef House is centrally located in Palm Cove& is the most welcoming & friendly accommodation that we have ever stayed in. Nothing is too much trouble for the delightful staff. There were many extra included activities in our stay such as wine appreciation, cocktail making, art classes & the evening ‘happy hour’ with punch & canapés was a great way to meet other guests. Our room was comfortable & clean with a lovely terrace. We’ve come away feeling very happy & relaxed & looking forward to returning.

Thoroughly relaxing, with fun and great food. The staff were always warm and friendly. We were welcomed as if we were coming home. The everyday events, like the 3pm sorbets by the pool, the evening punch and canapes, the cocktail classes and more added to the many things to do. And while by the pool the poolside butler service was great if you wanted a drink or a snack or a great lunch.
