The Reef House Adults Retreat

It was wonderful to get away for a fortnight from the cold Sydney weather to Palm Cove. Reef house is fantastic for this type of holiday – relax and enjoy the warm weather.

I travelled to The Reef House for a mum’s getaway with a friend. We had an amazing time. The resort was so peaceful and relaxing and in a fantastic position. We enjoyed the beach yoga, wine appreciation and cocktail making class. These activities were fun and the staff running them were absolutely amazing. We also treated ourselves to massages and facials at the spa. The treatments were wonderful and the staff extremely helpful. Our trip was the perfect combination of relaxation, pampering and fun. We can’t wait to go back!

We recently celebrated our honeymoon with four nights of absolute bliss. The friendly, welcoming and attentive staff helped us settle in and we were made to feel at home. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bed, and we enjoyed the breeze via the colonial style design that has been beautifully maintained to honour the wonderful history. I recommend the inclusions, we loved the sorbet, pillow menu, wine tasting and cocktail classes the best. Palm Cove is a foodie paradise and we loved the six course degustation dinner at the attached restaurant. Thankyou Cedric and everyone, you truly have a spectacular place.

I visited the Reef House resort with my friend for our birthday present to each other. What an amazing experience. The staff, the facilities and the service was outstanding. It is rare to find this level of service across the board, from the front desk, to the pool staff to the restaurant service. Thankyou for an incredible 6 nights. We will be back. From extremely comfortable rooms to going the extra mile with extras such as wine and cocktail sessions, to canapés and punch, cultural and conservation talk. Massages available which are amazing. Relaxing resort and staff so friendly and approachable. From start to finish very relaxing.

My daughter and I have just completed our third visit to Reef House in the past 6 months. It is our automatic Go To place in Palm Cove as it’s like ‘coming home’ - from all the staff including restaurant, housekeeping, gardeners and Front Office nothing is too much trouble. We have always been extremely happy with the attention we received from Valerie, who with each visit has personalised our specific needs re accommodation type and pricing - thank you Valerie. But the ‘heart’ of Reef House is the personal warm welcome from Concierge Cederic. He appears to be on call 24/7 and NOTHING is too much trouble. He warmly greets everyone at the entrance as you walk through the magnificent Melaleuca trees and has always personally looked after my daughters and I. From our experiences Reef House caters for many people and different situations, for which we are very grateful - until next time. 🥰
