Peppers Beach Club & Spa Palm Cove

Service was consistent each day, pool and bar facilities were excellent. Staff were very nice in all interactions.

Nicely appointed and well equipped room overlooking the rainforest lagoon pool, with a spa bath on the balcony. The main swimming pool area is fantastic, with a beach area and a swim up bar. There's also a separate warm pool and spa. Plenty of sunbeds to cater for everyone in a busy period.

We stayed at Palm Cove for 2 days to attend a memorial service. Service was nicely casual and friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good, with different choices each morning. The breakfast chef took the trouble to engage with us during the busy breakfast time. Unfortunately there was no barista coffee included. Gym was well equipped.

A short overnight stay at Peppers Palm Cove in a lovely clean garden view apartment. The apartment had all the necessary things you need. The pool areas are lovely but crowded & no loungers which was very disappointing with people coming early and reserving the seats then spending no time there. In saying that I don't know how the management can change this perhaps a second row of loungers behind the the first. The included breakfast was very good and a pleasant surprise. Overall a great stay.

Peppers Beach Club Resort has an exceptional location the pools exceptional. The Included breakfast at La Mesa the resort restaurant was very good my wife & I enjoyed our stay very much. I would do laps at 6am then cross the road from the resort at the beach in a safe netted off area with a maned lifeguard tower fantastic location surrounded by wonderful restaurants something for everyone. Thanks you Daniel for looking after our accommodation request the staff always welling to assist. We would definitely stay here again 🌟🌟🌟

As we were celebrating my 50th birthday, my husband and I splashed out on an ocean front apartment. It was amazing, spacious, very clean, superb comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and situated away from the noise of kids in the pool! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit

The location is excellent, & Peppers Beach Club Resort at Palm Cove has lovely pools. Unfortunately the apartment was very tired & in need of an upgrade. There is a lack of decent lighting, especially in the bathroom. Near impossible to apply makeup in there as light was so bad. The bed was very hard & we ended up placing the spare quilts under the bottom sheet to get a bit more comfort. Although the apartment was fairly clean, they definitely need a big revamp. One of the big issues was the lack of elevators which meant lugging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Staff were friendly enough. Entry to the carpark is hard to find & down a skinny driveway which only allows for 1 car, so if someone turns in as you are about to leave one of you need to reverse quite a way out of the lane.

Along the beach front in Palm Cove, walking distance to everything, lovely suites, shower water pressure great, lovely products in the bathroom, nice to have a balcony but go with a balcony suite without the spa bath - more space. NB the pool area is pretty noisy during the day & guests unfortunately 'reserve' their lounge chairs before breakfast & hang on to them all day so finding somewhere to enjoy the sun if it's holiday time would be tricky I imagine. Breakfast is lovely, great staff, nothing's a problem
