Drift Palm Cove

We loved our stay at Drift, it was perfect for what we needed. Location was great, the apartment was a good size and the layout perfect for our family. We could walk to everywhere in town and the kids loved the pool and spa, would stay there again

We stay at drift for 3 nights in 2 bedroom apartments. Frist things about self check in really complicated we figure out almost 1 hour.we arrive after 6pm so we have to do self chk in.Carpark also confusing because you have to find out your room number frist and can park to your room spot only with dark can't see. We really disappointed with the room it show when we book it 2 bedroom but room almost link together like connecting family room just close the window with blur window so you still can see through and can hear.one of our bath room can't vote the door it broken .hanging on the wall also broken. Bed comfortable close to the restaurant but so expensive to eat in palm cove area.swimpool was big but not heated we saty in.middle May still cold and have spa pool.small heat water. Nice garden.The lady we call before we arrived she is so nice and lively service she can speak Thai.

The studio apartment was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay.

This was my 3rd stay after a 15 year break. A pool view room was provided, at no extra cost which was appreciated. Over all the condition of the apartment was good, however the bath rooms could definitely do with a fresh reno. My niece thought that the floors and windows weren't clean & could have done with a deep clean. She also found a stain on one of the cushions which bought the standard down a notch. Over all we found it spacious and quiet lovely pool views and handy to cafes and shops. The staff friendly and happy to assist. Cost wise reasonable, best position for walking to bus, beach, cafes, bars and grocery store. We loved the spa, pool sensational, however a tad on the cold side for this time of the year, a pool heating system for the cooler months would definitely be appreciated. Best MG & TG xx

Whilst I got this for a great price as balcony renos were taking place and patio access was not available, I cannot complain. However I wouldn’t pay the normal going rate as the room I was in badly needs some inner reno done. Needs an entire paint job done and a really good scrub. Staff were terrific, location good, especially for the returning bus as it stops outside The Drift. Bus to the city you have to walk up the hill or walk to centre of Palm Cove. Was very handy having my own laundry facilities and dishwasher. Pool is gorgeous.

5 stars all round you guys honestly earnt it, the reception lady (sorry for not remembering your name) for check in was very friendly and informative and made sure it was known we could just come see her with any question or any needs for our room, we had room 3102, it was truly a home away from home, as our family walked in it was clean and tidy even through the rush of early check in which we greatly appreciate you guys making sure it was ready for us. Loved the open kitchen full of utensils fancy and both rooms set up so well and the washing machine and dryer amazing then right out our back door was a very nice spa and pool area which looked even better at night, we also tried the palm cove tavern food was really nice everything was pricy but truly did level out price for quality and was worth it in the end so to me 5 stars are definitely earnt hands down thank so much to you all for such a great stay a home away from home

The second time we've stayed at Drift in Palm Cove and we would stay again. The property has everything you need and is in the perfect location. The only thing that would help would be a heated pool, however you don't really need it if you go in the Summer.

Honestly 10/10 what a great stay we had, coffee shops & food right there, beautiful beach & heaps of wildlife walking around, watch your step in the hotel (we were on the 4th floor and had to carry a little lizard down the elevator)

I really enjoyed this place. All amenities were great. Check in was my only issue. Check in was listed at 1400. I arrived shortly after this & I was told the unit wasn't ready. This was shortly rectified. There's also renovations happening at the moment so quite a bit of noise during the day. Otherwise a comfortable relaxing stay
