I had to make two separate bookings for two consecutive nights, I was told when I check in they would let me stay in the same room. NOT TRUE, to stay in the same room I had to pay an extra $50! I had to check out by 11 and church vac into a different room after 3. In addition the rooms were not clean, dust piled up on the baseboards in the bathroom and the sheets had spots ( looked like dirt), I tried to convince myself that it was a stain. Not a good experience

Right beside the freeway - the doors have 3/8” play when locked when means the doors don’t compress the seals so the exterior noise comes through and the AC slips out.
I measured 48 decibels on the freeway wide of the building inside the room with the door locked. Switched to opposite side of the building. That was 4 decibels quieter .
Then I leaned the chair against the door and used my laptop bag to weigh it down. This pushed the door against the seals and made the room an additional 9 decibels quieter.
This hotel is near a nice neighborhood with new cars parked outside. However, it lacks updates and basic ability to get peace and quiet.
Staff was friendly.

This place is a hidden gem. I am a veteran and I’m going through some therapies at the West Palm Beach VA located about a mile away The rooms are very clean and they compare very similarly to the higher priced hotels like the Holiday Inn express and the Hampton Inn - just those hotels can be up to three times as much for one night The staff here is very personable and they do a great job I know this is much different from the Jupiter beach resort, just you can spend a week here for the cost of one night… And it’s entertaining 🙏

I was looking for a hotel along I-95 for a good price and location. This was it. Set back a block from the main street and I-95, it was a tad hard to find but tucked away in a nice compound with very little street noise. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The receptionist said it was remodeled two years ago and it is in great shape. Pool is nice, plenty of parking and the outside areas were in good shape and clean (no trash, etc.). No breakfast but free coffee in the lobby. I would stay there again. Within a few hundred feet is a small grocery store, a liquor store, a gas station and McDonalds! A winning combo.

Lobby felt like a prison, staff were not friendly, room was filthy with stains on the floor (we suspect vomit) and bedding was disgusting. I’m willing to bed big money that the bedding had not been washed in an extended period of time, maybe never.I can’t believe how much I paid to suffer there. The room smelled sour and like smoke, there were cigarette burns on the bedding, we were freezing during the night, we only used the sheet because we were afraid to touch the bedding. There was mold in the shower that didn’t drain and staff did not care. Terrible experience. I wish I had read the reviews and protected my sanity/well being. Save yourself and stay anywhere else. If you want to feel cheap and dirty, this is the place for you.
