Beach House Amenities: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Maximum guests 6. Queen sized bed (sleeps two) in master bedroom with its own private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom (sleeps two) and single bed on the top (sleeps one ). The guest bathroom has a bathtub. Also there is a comfortable sofa in the living area. There is a laptop desk area for remote work place, includes Wi-Fi Internet. We take pride in having the cleanest cottage in town. All tile floors, all white linens. Our cleaning service thoroughly cleans and disinfects all surfaces and linens after each occupancy. The cottage is stocked with pots and pans, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Two Flat screen TV's with cable and internet access Wi-Fi. The back patio area is great outdoor dinning and relaxing after a day at the Beach. Also there is gas BBQ grill and hammock on the patio. Private and Relaxing! Don’t forget the outdoor shower. Just walk steps to the beach and nextstore to famous Surf Shop and Sea Side deli. Cottage is located east of A1A no major roads to cross to get to the beach. The beach is about 300 yards away it would take you less than two minutes to walk. Activities and Attractions: Snorkeling, Surfing, Windsurfing, paddle board rentals at surf shop and Kite Surfing, Sailing, Kayaking and Canoeing, Ocean Sports, Beach, Reefs, Power Boating Rentals, Water Skiing, Quiet Bars and Pubs, Live Music Bars, Restaurants, Pier and Shoreline Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Skateboarding, Spa - Massages, Site Seeing, Water Park, Theme Park, Museums and Zoo.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).Pets ok! Great little gem along a beautiful coast House was clean and fresh. The owner, Bob, is very responsive and really has everything organized and ready for his guest. The carport is a nice addition, especially when you get caught in the rain. We drove in with a 4door Jeep Wrangler, and that’s probably the biggest car you could use to get in and out comfortably, due to the tight alleyway access. It wasn’t a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. Keep in mind that in order to access the master bedroom, you do have to go through the bedroom with the bunk beds, could be an issue if you have little light sleepers traveling with you. The shower in the bathroom off the master bedroom is approx 3ftx3ftx6ft high, with low to average water pressure. The other bathroom with the tub/shower combo has more room to work with, but still has about the same ceiling height.The outdoor washer/dryer was so convenient, we actually washed and dryer most of our dirty laundry from the trip before leaving! The outdoor shower has great water pressure and even gives heated water! The beach chairs and beach umbrella that were on site for our use were beyond helpful for a day at the beach. We stayed here July 14-18 and basically had the beach to ourself most days. I would 100% recommend staying here and definitely take a drive up and down the A1A if you get the chance. Try not to leave food on the counter, especially overnight, as tiny red ants seem to find there way into things…especially boxed up sweets. Overall it was a great experience.

I kinda hate to say it It is a WONDERFUL place older fla neighborhood, (in a really good way) with everything you need to enjoy a really nice and quiet beach.

Quaint Bungalo Great beachside bungalo that is spot on as stated. Very clean, parking is a little tight on the property but still easily able to maneuver a 7 passenger SUV in n out. Depending on how you’re getting there, do follow Bobs directions once on A1A as GPS maps miss the turn. Bob is accommodating and responds quickly. Would highly recommend!

Another great visit We try to get down to this spot once a year. It has that old Florida feel and it is truly a gem. Bob is an excellent VRBO host - very attentive and responds quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is cute and the locals are relaxed and friendly. There are nearby amenities (grocery store, restaurants, etc.) and lots of museums and natural areas to visit, in addition to being walking distance from Gulfstream Park.

Great as always This was my 3rd year at Bob's Beach Cottage. Outside table and chairs and other furniture upgraded since last year. It's nice that Bob continues to invest in and improve the place. With this location not much is needed. I appreciate all the beach gear and enjoyed the chairs to sit on the beach several times. I was able to work from the covered patio with easy stroll to the ocean or intracoastal. Enjoyed grilling. Used washer/ dryer for hosting various friends during the stay; all worked good. Looking forward to next year already.

Amazing place and great location! Such a cute and well appointed cabin. It was clean and literally had everything you could possibly want to take to the beach! The beach was literally a direct shot from the back door. Thank you so much we loved our stay!!!

March 2024 Beachhouse Bob was an excellent property owner! Great details in listing, fantastic communication before and during the stay. Bob made sure we were happy and got us what we needed. The beach house was smaller than we thought. And was located in an odd location. But it was close to the beach.

A1 Host great location We had a great time here, the cottage is as advertised. Amazing location, BEACH - A-1 Host! WiFi worked for remote jobs. Really tall people maybe uncomfortable- but husband is is 6’ 1”, and we are looking forward to coming back!
