3. The stay was good only, but the liveliness was missing. No food was available, the road to this was dangerous but manageable, the rooms very decent but the bedsheets were very poor.

This is not a resort as stated in the name. Very unsafe / dangerous access road. Please avoid. We decided to book another accommodation in a safe location and lost the money spent on this place.

Hotel location is extremely remote. My cab driver refused to pick up and resort manager don't provide to drop main road about 300 meters. It was very difficult to go up steep height. Resort doesn't have functional resturant inspite knowing there no Shop or resturant nearby then 8 kms in munnar. First night we had to sleep without dinner. Avoid this report very unprofessional approach and not deal guest as guest. There are several good hotels in munnar town or on main road however I got trapped by taking package from a second category travel agency of Delhi. Finally I will say avoid avoid and avoid this property.
