Room services and staff are very good and knowledgeable. Breakfast is good and room view is excellent. Ms Mary s assist was commendable. Good show amber dale... Amenities and play area was good.. View from the room was amazing.... Very near from munnar city..

It’s an amazing experience through out the whole stay and all services,food,stay are amazing. Room service was very fast The food was yummy and tasty And the so rounding station are really greenary They have lots of supporting staffs Everything was excellent

Best food and best stay in Munnar. Hospitality is very good. Please go with the room which has valley view, those views are to die for❤️ . I selected Ananta and the view was spectacular. Also they provide range of in-house activities like trekking,hiking,cycling, camping, tea which enhances the overall experience of the stays

There were few issues initially. But after that the manager and chief cheff looked into the matter with the staff took utmost care in our hospitality. Had a great time. Will be looking Forward to recommending it to others too. RECOMMEND STAY❤️

It was a quiet afternoon when we checked-in at Amber Dale @ Munnar after a long journey from Cochin with family. The view at the restaurant took our breathe away as our first experience of Munnar! We were greeted by 2 pleasant reception staffs and gave Tilak and aromatic cardomam garlands for all. In our 3N stay at the hotel it was accompanied by exceptional service of the staff throughout - At reception, restaurant, other amenities..all in all. Special mention to Executive Chef Mr Mahesh, who made sure of our special request of Puttu and Appam was catered to daily. The puttu was exceptionally yumm and fresh. He also catered for our Box Breakfast to help during the meals for our sightseeing. Also, not to forget the "Thattukada" concept - We enjoyed different varieties of street food served with hot Tea/ Coffee. Kids enjoyed the camp fire too at the terrace! It was a treat in the nice chilly weather!! Special mention of staff AnnMariya who assisted on all our requests, especially as soon as she learnt that my little one was bitten by leeche during the Tea estate stroll. The team came fwd immediately and helped with Medical aid and tips on what to look out for as well. Overall, a lovely memorable experience with great and friendly staff at Amber Dale @ Munnar.

We stayed foe three nights and it was fantastic with the hotel staff are very courteous and the chef is excellent in preparing and providing the food whatever we needed. His and other staff hospitality is excellent. We will recommend to others. Thanks for everything.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour through kerala. Our original room on the lowest 6th floor was directly above a car port and the balcony’s frosted glass did not allow for good views. There is no direct lift to this floor and the corridor was dark and not well maintained. We paid to upgrade to a higher floor where the whole area was much better. The views from here were spectacular. The hotel itself is dated but was spotlessly clean. There was a good breakfast provided and high tea every afternoon. The staff are very attentive and keen to help with any issues. The restaurant has limited drinks available, no alcohol and only Pepsi or 7 up as sodas. Amber dale is approximately 7km from the town centre.
