considering the ratings for hotel, we expected very bad accommodation. but surprisingly the hotel is not bad at all and deserves a higher rating. it is an older hotel but the rooms are clean, there is a large selection of food. it is located on the beach itself.beach is nice and costs 15 eur for 2 sunbeds. Good wifi signal. Not bad for 3* star hotel,not 4

Для тех кто хочет тишины, он не подойдет! Отель состоит из двух отдельных корпусов, между этими корпусами общий двор который вымощен камнем и каждое утро начиная с часов 6 начинается активное движение больших контейнеров на металлических колесиках с одного корпуса в другой, в одном корпусе находится кухня, а во втором корпусе подсобное помещение, наверное хранят еду, еще в часов 7 гремят мусорными баками которые находятся также здесь, в некоторых номерах есть смежная дверь между комнатами, так- что будьте готовы к ощущению, что вы живете в номере не одни. Половина номеров из обоих зданий выходят в этот двор, а в остальном все хорошо, персонал хороший.

The Property has perfect Location, but everything other is really poor. Small and old Rooms. On Top of that, in that Time (9th-15th Sep.) in the Hotel was an annual Week Meeting of some serbian Tradeunions. The serbian Group have terrorized the other Hotels Guests and all the Beach arround with incredible Noise and Screams allmost all the Day, making our Holydays to Desaster.

Great place to stay! First, close to the sea - literary situated on the sand beach. Rooms are quite good with quite large balconies opened to the sea from the sea side exposed towards the sea and on the opposite side in the quite courtyard area. There is enough space in the room designed as typical junior rooms fulfilling its function for a vacation. The best part of the hotel besides its position next to the Chaniotis green park area is its service and politeness of the stuff! The hotel kitchen is great, rich and the food is fresh, well prepared so one can choose different menu each day. So suitable for people with small children... Well, if you're looking for some exquisite or luxury place, this hotel is not the place for you but, if you're looking for some great place next to the sea, hospitality, clean and neat space with great food and polite stuff with beat old fashioned entrance hall, cosy rooms - you are on the right spot!

Room was small and very old, we got 4 beds in room for 2 persons so there was not enough place at all. Bathroom was dirty and yellow but they changed towels everyday. Breakfast was same everyday, choice was pretty good. Also we paid for sun beds every day 12 euros… But location is amazing you don’t need to spend your energy to came to sea which is perfect

Séjours avec une amie et son grand-père en demi-pension. Reservation faite par son grand père au travers d'une agence de voyage, demande spécifique pour chambres vue mer. À l'arrivée attribution de chambre face aux poubelles ! Explication de la situation, aucune entente refus de nous trouver une autre chambre même plus tard durant notre séjours.... Le jeune homme de la réception très sec. Pas d'ascenseur, a l'arrivée dans la chambre odeur de moisi infecte qui nous hantera durant tout le séjours ! Chambre minuscule avec lit double + lit superposé (sans aucune stabilité, n'y mettez surtout pas vos enfants), les déplacements y étaient très difficile ! Climatiseur sans bouton utilisable uniquement à la puissance max. Porte du balcon extrêmement dure à fermer. Pour la chambre du grand-père, même odeur, salle de bain avec douche MINUSCULE et porte savon+ autre structure rendant la douche particulièrement difficile, talent de contorsionniste obligatoire ! Salle de bain au rdc chez les femmes jamais de papier pour s'essuyer les mains et wc de gauche non verrouillable(loquet cassé). Petit déjeuner pauvre, le "pain" poreux, sec et avec un gout de lessive, grille pain hors fonction. Tjrs les mêmes aliments, gras fade, insipide... Pareil pour les repas du soir, ajoutant à cela le concert de vaisselle nettoyé juste à côté de vous. Personnel tire la gueule, ne repond pas aux demandes(réparation d'une lampe cassée) ect. Parking payant 15€/jour non mentionné (pas de place attitrée, les gens se parquent derrière et bloquent la sortie), transat payant 12€ 2 et 1 parasol, non mentionné. Plage mi sable mi galet. Ils se ventent d'une note donnée par les internautes en 2015, C'EST PLUS VALIDE DU TOUT !! FUYEZ cet hôtel comme la peste !!!!

Everything is paid extra. Disgusting rooms, everything is old and outdated. Everything is dirty. They close the pool at 6, they charge parking 15€ per day, they charge beach beds 15€,.They will turn off your AC to save electricity, they think customers are stupid. Please do not visit.

gut gelegen im Zentrum, wenig Auswahl an Essen, für 4 Sterne ist die Einrichtung nicht entsprechend. Dusche verrostet...Zwei Tage kein warmes Wasser

Yes , a lot of negative critics are true. Rooms are basic, (our was small), renovation would be useful. Also, some evening program or club for children will make this hotel better. Food is not special and variant but its OK. The water at the see is the most beautiful, clear, clean, worm and beautifully turquoise. Hotel is on the beach, it has lovely bar near the small but nice swimming pool, drink and ice cream prizes are quite affordable. Right beside the corner there are lot of taverns and souvenir shops, working through the night. The best thing about this hotel is Stuff. Charming young Stavros and charismatic temperament Eva at the bar, and Costas, handsome receptionist with a big heart, made our holiday memorable! So, if you are looking for some luxury or special food, you won't find it here, but if its about people and beautiful see, you are on the right place.
