I booked my stay over a year ago at Miraggio, paying full price for a breakfast-only package. Upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel is now offering a promotion including half board dinner for the exact dates of my stay (July 29 – August 10), directly on their website. When I kindly asked for the same offer for the dinner, I was told it applies only to “last-minute” guests, though no such disclaimer appears on the public offer. As a loyal guest who booked far in advance, this felt both unfair and disappointing. Why should early bookers be penalized, while last-minute guests receive more value for less? The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are great, but this kind of guest treatment makes you feel overlooked and undervalued — especially at a 5-star resort. Transparency and guest care should apply to all guests, not just last-minute bookers.

I’ve had the privilege of staying at many exceptional hotels around the world, both for business and leisure, but Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort stands out as a truly unparalleled experience. Without hesitation, I can say this is one of the best summer hotels I’ve ever encountered—not just in Greece, but globally.

Everything was great. It's an expensive hotel resort but it provides anything you need. Our room was clean, with plenty room and the bed was great. In restaurants and around the facilities (bar, beach, pool) the service was fast and the staff very friendly and helpful!

Fabulous!!!!! Gorgeous resort, Gorgeous rooms, impeccable service! We had the club service which I think made a difference. Free spa access, beach cabana reserved. The pools and beach are amazing. Huge delicious breakfast. The resort is secluded, a 20 minute drive to the nearest village so you really need a car. Also the access road is narrow and windy. But we loved the miraggio!!

Amazing place! Definitely stands out from the crowd of the Kassandra peninsula with all the amenities that you have inside of the complex you literally wouldn’t want to go out of the property. We stayed with my lovely wife and we enjoyed the gorgeous view outside of our room where you can see the Kassandra, Sythonia and Athon all in the same time. We would definitely come back for another vacation.

If possible stay in a club room,large,airy,beautiful seaview,very good guest relations team,spotless clean everywhere. Breakfast at Elia restaurant absolutely perfect,huge choice of very good quality fruits,great staff.
