Animators are really nice. When Soso and two Polish girls came everything was super. I participated in Aqua gym and Aqua zumba and it was funny. Food was really great. Rooms were comfy. There was a bar that sold delicious drinks for free. Near there is a Beach so you don't have to drive there.

We are very sad to be back home! What a lovely holiday myself and my daughter had! The hotel was just great! Our apartment was clean , the food in the hotel was fab lots of choice and a good choice of drinks at the bar! The staff were so friendly and helpful to both myself and my 10 year old daughter we felt very well looked after so special thanks to Dimitris, Mitchelis , Maria and all the other great people we met! We would love to come back again! ❤️

This place is amazing, the staff are so sincere, my wife Donna had a beautiful birthday party last night at the greek night that was staged by chrousso village. I would personally like to mention kleido, Maria, Poliana and Dmitri. Fantastic

Ontzettend slecht eten, alles is kant en klaar en niks van het eten is warm. Elke dag hetzelfde eten. Gekookte eieren blijken niet gekookt te zijn en alles rauw. Ze adverteren met all inclusief maar alleen in de tijdsloten kan je eten daarnaast is er helemaal niks te krijgen. Ook moest er een happy coffee bar zijn maar dit blijkt allemaal tegen betaling en de rest was allemaal dicht. Zwaar onvriendelijk personeel behalve receptie. Gangen naar de kamer zijn niet gescheiden van buiten en dus overall vogel poep en veel lawaai.

Currently here ar chrousso village with my girlfriend and my dad and his wife and the negative comments are incorrect. Such a lovely place, all inclusive is great, food and hospitality are great look forward to another 9 days here! What a holiday

Excellent place to stay for our weeks family holiday in May 2025. We were greeted early hours after a long days travelling with very friendly staff who had arranged food for us. We were shown to our room which was very clean, newly renovated and had everything we needed in there. During our stay, the all inclusive was absolutely spot on. The bar tending staff were great and got to know us and our preferred drinks during our stay. The restaurant was also good, the food and the staff were great. On occasion the food was not as hot as could be but there was a variety of foods each day/ night. The animation team were fantastic and got people involved in the activities each day.. yoga, water aerobics, table tennis, tennis, darts and coctail games. Overall a really great stay. The only down side was the evening entertainment. There was a Greek themed night which was good but other than that there wasn't much in the way of entertainment on the evenings. The beach was a 10 minute walk as advertised as was well worth going to see as it was beautiful

Points positifs : L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, avec un accès direct à une très belle plage, ce qui est un réel atout. Bien que le trajet depuis l’aéroport de Thessalonique prenne environ deux heures en navette, l’environnement en vaut la peine. Le personnel est irréprochable : accueil chaleureux, service attentionné au bar, au restaurant et lors du ménage — un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme. Une mention spéciale à Pierre, un animateur exceptionnel à la fois sympathique et charismatique, qui a marqué notre séjour. Points à améliorer : La taxe de séjour s’est avérée bien plus élevée que prévue : 10 € par jour et par chambre, alors que notre contrat annonçait 3 €. Les chambres ne disposent pas d’eau, de café ou de thé — il faut se rendre à la supérette de l’hôtel et acheter une bouteille d’eau à 2 €. Les cocktails, bien que corrects, sont dilués et le choix est très limité. Autre point important : une fois le check-out effectué, le bracelet est retiré et l’accès à tous les services est coupé, sauf si vous payez à nouveau (20 € pour un repas, 10 € pour un cocktail). Cela peut être contraignant si votre départ est prévu plus tard dans la journée. Enfin, les animations sont très modestes : les équipes font de leur mieux, mais elles manquent clairement de matériel. Conseil pratique : Nous vous recommandons vivement de louer une voiture avec l’assurance à 5 € par jour. Cela vous permettra de découvrir facilement les magnifiques plages et sites aux alentours. Et pour organiser vos excursions, n’hésitez pas à faire appel à Pierre — ses conseils sont précieux !

Everything was on top level but here I want to tell you all that the Kledio(Captain of the bar) and Maria with Poliana (Reception) make the Hotel the best one so I recommend you to chose this Hotel. Starting from the garden that is always clean all the way to the food everything was special and best.
