Our stay june 2023 was great. I want to thank personally Vassilis for taking care of this great place. The complex include 5 houses , each with pool. Price/Value for the money was great. +++++++++++++++++++++Pros: -super good price per day -heated pool (rare in Greece), not hot, but water is ok during day and night -nice garden , everyday watering -superb village - Chanioti the best on Kassandra I think -Super recommendation from owner - right taverns, restaurants, bars and beach bars - every one we visited worth it. -Nice front spaces for parking with tent against sun, nice kept grass -Front door of complex closed at night for safety -Nice view of the sea from above -Everyday cleaning with mop and changing towels ------------ Cons: -Houses are too close to each other you see the neighbors -No fence between houses, no big privacy -If you have loud neighbors , you have problem, in our case some drunks from Macedonia which babled all night drunk talks :) -Second bedroom is a half-floor without door. It can be used up to 14-15y guys. Otherwise no privacy in the house like changing cloths and etc. -Generally small space in the house if you are 4+ people. No big privacy -Only one bath. Big problem if 4 people comes from the beach. -a little far from the village. In our case this was great, we don't want crowd from below, but for somebody which wants "center" not his place OVERAL GREAT STAY FOR THE MONEY! GREAT HOUSES we will return!

A family of 5 from the UK, we stayed here at the end of July and had a fantastic time. The Villa was spotless and modern, well equipped with everything you need. Great swimming pool, plenty of outdoor space to relax and absolutely amazing views across to Sithonia. Three very large bedrooms, 2 well furnished bathrooms and a sandwich toaster hidden away in the cupboard. It's all you need! Service was first class, Elena and her team did an amazing job, arranging food deliveries, calling an emergency doctor for my son, organising a personal boat trip and even giving us a lift to the local supermarket shortly after we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble including restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The villas are walking distance to the town of Hanioti but it is up and down a very steep hill (the price you pay for the wonderful views!) The town is very family orientated, lots of restaurants and things for kids to do, and we found some nice restaurants. There are many similar towns all along the coast so would definitely suggest that you hire a car to make the most of the wonderful coast and scenery. The only downside for us was that the beach in Hanioti was not great but we went to different beaches along the coast and spent plenty of time by the pool.
