I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Tropical. From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxing and peaceful. The staff: incredibly sociable, polite, and always ready with a smile. They made us feel welcome throughout. Our room was consistently clean, cozy, and well-kept—exactly what you’d hope for in a relaxing getaway. The food was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. The entire place had such a beautiful energy that i even got emotional when it was time to leave. That says it all. Overall, a perfect experience. I’m giving it a solid 10 out of 10 and will absolutely be coming back.

Great staff, excellent location and very clean. Was very worth the money and will definitely come again. Lots of restaurants and shops were within walking distance as was the lovely Hanioti beach. Couldn’t have asked for more for our one week holiday.

We had our hotel changed last minute by the travel agents .we ended up at Tropical hotel .we were apprehensive at first but wow had a lovely time there felt welcomed by a family run hotel. Room were modern with great air con which was needed .and great bar staff that couldn't do enough for us .would definitely recommend coming again for couples anyway

Bród smród grzyb w pokojach basen tylko do 19 chyba że właściciele organizują prywatną imprezę to wtedy goście wypad już o 17 jedzenie okropne na przekąski suche tosty pepsi z nalewka o smaku rdzy bardzo nie miłe podejście do Polaków do plaży daleko ok 500 m

Horrible service, you have no internet in the rooms, HB guests have only water to drink at diner and breakfast, coffee, tea or juice is only for "all inclusive" guests. Rooms are not clean, the food is the same every day and they use the rests from one meal to prepare the next one. The cleaners come every day, but they only clean out the trash and they do it during your afternoon rest, they don't bother that you are trying to sleep. The location is on the main road far from the center and also far from the beach. They don't deserve three stars and not in any case the fourth one they got one week ago. I'm not recommending this establishment to anyone.

Nie polecam ! Wykupiliśmy ofertę All Inclusive na 7 dni niestety moje najgorsze wakacje na których byliśmy ! Hotel niby 4 gwiazdkowy w porównaniu do innych 4 gwiazdkowych hoteli w których byliśmy ten o to hotel powinien być oznaczony tylko 2,5 -jedynie za dobrą lokalizację i miła obsługę ( nie mowie o starszej Pani siedzącej przy barze która non stop krzyczy..) .Żadnych innych plusów niestety nie widzę...brud ,jedzenie powtarzające się ,mało urozmaicone ,suche ciasta,bardzo mało owoców tylko i wyłącznie arbuzy i nektarynki.Brak przekąsek o określonych godzinach ...oszczednosc..( suche ciasto jeden rodzaj i kilka kanapek ).Nie będę wspominać już o prysznicach ,pajęczynach ,ręczniki zmieniony nam tylko 1x....i to ma być hotel 4*? Jesteśmy rozczarowani...

From the beginning we was welcomed by a lady (I think she was the hotel manager) who was very artsy... No problem i say!...she told us that she can not bring a baby bed because the hotel is full of children and she has nothing to do...ok again i say..but please try to find us a bed.. she find us a dirty bed and i refused and again she responded in a very nasty and disturbing tone! she told us that we can use the kitchenette just for a fee and was not specified anywhere (considering that I had to make baby bottles). When I wanted to pay to use the kitchenette I was asked for another charge and I asked where is wrote this because we were told another charge. The rooms are not a 3-star hotel!!!! It's not a hotel to go with a baby!!!
