We stayed at the hotel from 16.07.25 to 23.07.25. It was the best vacation one could dream of! The professionalism of the staff was top-notch – from the receptionists and managers to the restaurant and bar staff. By the end of our stay, we knew everyone by name! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were tidy, everything was in abundance – no queues at the bar, enough sunbeds for everyone, clean tablecloths and dishes in the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! It was a wonderful holiday. Thank you to the entire hotel staff team! The children’s animation was excellent — our son was very happy and didn’t want to go home! 😊

Hello from Bulgaria. We were on vacation there from July 7 to 17 there. It was unique. Let's start with the check-in, we had 4 suitcases and there was a boy who took them to the room. We checked in pretty quickly, the receptionist was pretty kind. The room was good, they clean it every day, change towels and sheets. When you enter the room it smells clean, we also had a terrace. We paid all-inclusive and the food was delicious, only the last two days it was the same. The staff is so kind and good, as well as at the pool bar. The bartenders are so hardworking and fast, especially Kostas the one without a beard. He is so good, always smiling and kind, when you are there you always leave with a smile. Apparently he loves his job. The beach is good, only there are stones in the water, but you buy shoes and it's fine. The water is crystal clear, as is the pool in the hotel. There are animators for the children who keep them busy every day and on Thursdays there is always a Greek night and music. We are satisfied.

Отель никак не 5 звезд, даже не рядом! Плюсы: ресторан. Очень вкусная и качественная еда и чудесная команда официантов, особенно понравился и запомнился приятный и позитивный официант Matt. Кристально чистое море Отель красивый Минусы: пляж не частный, спасателей на нем нет, никто не за чем не следит, на пляже много курят прямо на лежаках, что летит в окружающих, в том числе и детей. Лежаков не хватает Отвратительный сервис уборки! Мыло, шампунь и прочее нужно буквально выпрашивать. Закончилось - звони, иди, проси и не факт, что принесут. По своей инициативе за 9 дней уборка пришла ОДИН раз! И то, убирают так, что пыль и грязь остаются везде, постельное белье не меняют в принципе. Я первый раз в жизни была в отели «5 звезд», где нужно добывать новые полотенца и мыло)) Обращение на ресепшен тоже особо ни к чему не приводит, приходится просить повторно. Заявлен Английский язык в отеле, но слово «soap» ни Клининг, ни администратор не поняли

Wir haben im Elinotel Apolamare eine wunderbar entspannte Zeit verbracht und können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Das Personal ist durchweg superfreundlich – allen voran Rosh, der Restaurant- und Barmanager, der mit Charme, Überblick und Einsatz die Abläufe top im Griff hat. Auch die beiden Köche im Restaurant waren nicht nur herzlich, sondern haben gemeinsam mit ihrem Team jeden Tag für eine abwechslungsreiche und leckere Auswahl gesorgt – von allem etwas, immer frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Man fühlte sich gut betreut. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber, gut gepflegt und liegt in perfekter Lage direkt am Meer – der Strandzugang ist ein echtes Highlight! Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, der Stil klassisch-elegant. Ein paar gut gemeinte Hinweise für die nächste Saison: -Leider kein Spa oder Massageangebot, obwohl es in der Hotelbeschreibung stand. -Der Pool ist eher klein und nicht wirklich für Schwimmer geeignet – aber da das Meer direkt vor der Tür liegt, war das für uns kein Problem. -Im Restaurant wurde teilweise etwas zu schnell abgeräumt, das könnte entspannter laufen. -Auch Getränkeservice am Tisch wäre wünschenswert, um das kulinarische Erlebnis abzurunden. Fazit: Wer Ruhe, Sonne, gutes Essen und freundlichen Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Ort zum Relaxen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

One word for this hotel is CATFISH, 1. From when you arrive you run into a problem that you shouldn’t for hotels that are considered good, The Hotel has no parking and there is nowhere to park the cars except from in the street. Then you have to pay extra for beach towel even though you already paid enough if you took the all inclusive offer. 2. The rooms are mediocre at best, old furniture, when they clean it they dont even put new towels, most of the rooms have a weird smell since we took 6 rooms and they all had the same problems. 3.The food as an all inclusive resort is suppoesed to be good but no, the food is cold, and since you are near the sea you expect some seafood options that are at least edible which you would expect, one of the worst all inclusive resorts I have ever been to. 4. Being a fove star hotel you would expect they have a big beach and probably like a good beachbar but no the beach is very small and the sunbeds are very close to each other that you feel like you are in a tight space. You would also think as a five star hotel they are supposed to have a good pool but the pool is very small and only build for kids. 5. Last but not least is the staff, which most of the time is very slow and sometimes even rude.

I normally don’t write bad reviews - but I and my family had extreme disappointment with the level of customer service I received during my recent stay at Elinotel.As a frequent traveler, I understand that not every hotel experience can be perfect, but the issues I encountered during our stay were unacceptable. Kids club and entertainment during our stay didn’t excited.Gym was overdated with limited access.They tried to charge over €600 for room upgrade,there was no electricity in our room and took them over 2hours to fix it,buffet choice limited.No tea&coffee station. Phone &air cond didn’t work.Front of desk staff unhelpful&unproffesional. Only apology we receveid was in 2day from F&B manager. We spouse to stay 7nights,after 2days we check out from hotel. I don’t really think its meet 5stars and please read all the reviews before book this hotel.
