Outside food not allowed means they need to mention before itself while booking the room. After doing the check-in process they said outside food was not allowed.

They fight with all the customers. They say there is no room service, they say go downstairs and get it yourself. This is the first time I have seen such a bad hotel near the airport. Totally bad experience and bad hotel. I don't put any star Terrible

Staff are very good with customers. The vegetarian food that I ordered was very tasty. They can manage extra guests without much hesitation.

The most cheating and non hospitality group. Dont even try to book here. I had booked here and asked for a early checkin because I was in Chennai for 3 hours only for transit. These guys could have very politely denied that there is no room. After taking in the money they claim they do not have time to talk and kept the phone down. I am not marking my review out of anger or loss of money but more because i dont want others go through the insult these guys tried to do to customers. A bunch of cheats. Beware and avoid booking here.
