Ho affittato per una settimana l’appartamento al piano terra con una camera e cucina/salotto. Tutto pulitissimo e nuovo, camera molto spaziosa anche con l’aggiunta di un lettino da campeggio per mio figlio. Salotto con divano letto e cucina perfetta per pranzi veloci, bagno nuovo con tantissime salviette. Disponibili anche i salviettoni per il mare. Distanza dalla spiaggia principale circa 300 metri, noleggio lettini/ ombrellone a 30€ al giorno, ci sono però altre due piccole spiagge vicine con lettini e ombrellone a 15€/ 20€ al giorno. Appartamento perfetto per una famiglia. Portatevi l’autan, ci sono molte zanzare. Grazie al proprietario e a sua sorella che ci hanno permesso di fare un late check out alle 12:30.

We came to corfu after a short stay in marseille and this place exceeded our expectations in everyway. Located directly inbetween 3 of the loveliest beaches around, the apartment was clean, modern and has everything you need. The best part of the experience was the host, not only did he help us with car rental prior to arrival he helped us park and gave us a room tour and advice for activities while on the island. This place is probably the easiest recommendation of anywhere I've stayed.

Great location with two sea views. Immaculately clean with frequent changes of linen. Friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating local host family. Great shower ,comfy beds, best wifi I've had in Corfu. Already booked for next stay.

Brilliant location close to 3 beaches. Immaculately clean and well equipped. Comfy bed, good shower. Best WiFi I've had in Corfu. The hosts are a local family who are friendly and very helpful. This is my third stay and have already booked for 2025

Tutto perfetto. L'appartamento monolocale è dotato di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, pulizia stanza ogni 2 giorni con cambio asciugamani, doccia grande, angolo cottura, teli mare e ombrellone! Balconcino su cui si può far colazione, pranzo/cena. Il mare è a due passi proprio al di là della strada, sotto ristorante così come nei dintorni e supermarket comodissimo sotto casa. Paleokastritsa è molto affollata, avere l'appartamento proprio sopra la spiaggia è comodo per evitare le ore più calde e con più persone in spiaggia. ALEXANDROS molto gentile. Super consigliato! We have just returned from the Astacos studios and can't fault them. Perfect location right across the road from the beach, everything you could ever need on holiday is there. Amazing powerful shower, great AC, beach towels, roomed cleaned every second day and Alexandos and his sister cannot do enough for you, they go above and beyond. If you don't want to eat out grab a pizza from downstairs for 12euros it was delicious. We will be returning next year. ps also fantastic bakery round the corner..

Lovely apartments with great views in a prime location near to all the beaches and restaurants, the apartment has all the amenities you need, our host Alex and his family were very attentive and looked after us extremely well. We will be back.

Great location. Immaculately clean. Run by a local family who couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Love the mosquito screens allowing me to fall asleep to the sound of the sea and crickets! Will definitely return

Bell’ appartamento, curato nei dettagli e pulito, vista dal terrazzino mozzafiato. Il proprietario Alexandros disponibile e gentile, ha consigliato buoni ristoranti non turistici dove andare a cenare. Se torneremo a Corfù sicuramente torneremo qui.
