Katia Studios Paleokastritsa

Katia keeps the place spotless inside and out, she cares about her studios and all those that stay in them, although basic they were spacious and very comfortable with everything I needed. I had a wonderful solo holiday. I would definitely stay here again

What a beautiful little spot with access to loads. The rooms are kept so clean and Katia really is amazing. She is so kind. Every day checking we were ok and that we were happy with everything. Just the kindest most caring person. She even helped us out when I was poorly and needed antibiotics. She so kindly took my husband to the pharmacy which we would not have found without her. We can’t recommend this lovely place enough if you want an authentic place to relax and unwind.

Realised its been a few weeks since we returned & I still hadnt got around to writing a review. So here goes.. What a terrific week we had ! Friendly, hardworking Katia did everything possible to ensure we wanted for nothing. Room was great in terms of space and cleanliness and a good patio area right nice to a decent pool. There were several lovely places to eat and drink within a 5 minute stroll and we spent several hours at the Acapolca pool bar which has beautiful viewe down to the nearest cove. Thiscive can be reached by a forest path starting from the bar car park ( trainers needed as very rocky footpath in places) If you enjoy freshly bbq/ spit roast then Spirios offer a fantastic meal deal which includes a cocktail and bottle of wine for €85- amazing value ! Hoping to return in the next year or so... Thoroughly recommend !

7th time back and still as good Room and pool kept to a high standard. Katia will do anything for you,nothing is too much trouble. The studio consists of 6 rooms arond a pool which are basic but have all you need. A few restaurants nearby Flavors my favourite and Elias my husbands favourite. It's on the edge of Paleokastritsa so a 45 min walk down to the bay with a few bars along the way.

Small family run complex. 5 travelled apartment really only suitable for four. 2bedrooms with two single beds in one and 3 in the other. Compact kitchen. Compact bathroom. Shower floods so have to hand hold shower. Terrace through 2nd bedroom looking over pool. Mountain view's to left and right. Just about see the sea over the trees. Walk through garden to quiet pebbly beach. Go out front of property turning left to a beautiful bay about a ten minute walk. Go right out of property up the hill then turn right down the hill to Kassiopi a twenty minute walk. Bars, restaurants and a harbour. A small bar and restaurant on complex,plus a pool table. Think kitchen taps and bathroom taps could be updated . Alex is a very friendly,hardworking family man.

Wow! What a gem of a place. These studies are fabulous for cleanliness, value for money and location. The host Katia went out of her way to make us feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. The studio was immaculate! Every nook and cranny was spotless and it was obvious Katia takes pride in the detail. A wardrobe with loads of hangers and even spare pillows - certainly not your bog standard Greek studio. The shower worked well, a fridge with freezer section and every kitchen implement you would need. I had to take a pic of the kettle - she must descale after every visit! The beds were comfy and there were plenty of plug sockets and free WiFi. Your own lovely terrace and loungers and a gorgeous pool which was never too busy. Everything you could want!! Location wise it was perfect for us - half an hour walking distance from the busiest part of paleokastritsa but plenty of lovely places to eat and drink nearby. The Acapulco bar was a gem of a find, and Elia taverna 2 mins up the road was fab. With so many places in the world to visit it’s very rare I find somewhere I would love to go again, but I certainly hope to visit Katia every year. Thank you so much for everything, Jen and Elaine xxx
