Very nice property, very clean, comfortable and great customer service. Very safe area and very close to nearby shopping, there’s a Chedraui grocery store 9 min drive, city center about the same with lots of places to eat, shopping and nice live entertainment at the park’s center

This was my wife and I favorite hotel from our Tren Maya trip. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was gorgeous with a balcony. We enjoyed it so much we stayed here twice within our stay! We would highly recommend this stay.

Our first night out of our 3 night stay was a nightmare. The room had an A/C that couldn't be regulated at set at 68 degrees so we shut it off and turned on the ceiling fan but had to open the window for air circulation but were kept up all night with noise from scooters, cars, etc right by our window. We asked for another room but were told they were booked and we could move the next day. At around 9am, they found another room for the next two days which was quieter. The staff was friendly, location is not near city central, many walkable good restaurants and taxis readily available

A very luxurious hotel with many services including spa, restaurant, swimming pool (with jacuzzi), luggage storage, coffee machines, bidets, laundry service, medical service and a lovely porter. The food was delicious and breakfast was plentiful and varied. Sadly when we went the karaoke bar was closed :(

MY STAY WAS FOR THREE DAYS, TWO NIGHTS.
THIS HOTEL IS IN THE HEART OF PALENQUE.
THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, SPOTLESS, ROOMY AND THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS A PLUS.
