Excelente, me gustó todo, la atención y fueron muy amables en todo momento, un servicio atento, las habitaciones, amenidades, la atención en la alberca, en el restaurante, la recepción, mi familia y un servidor quedamos encantados. Gracias!.

Excelente. Rentamos 1 habitación sencilla para 4 adultos y 1 niño con buffet. El buffet muy rico todo. La alberca está mediana pero limpia y bonitos jardines. El wifi es lento en algunas ocasiones y poca señal para AT&T. Camas cómodas y el área del río es bonita pero para niños grandes y adultos. Un hotel para ir en familia, sin ruido y sin fiestas.

Excelente servicio. La alberca, la poza natural y el desayuno incluido 10/10, y las almohadas de la habitación 20/10. Es una excelente opción para viajar con niños. Muy tranquilo y seguro. Los horarios de la alberca y la poza son perfectos para disfrutar al 100%. Volveremos sin duda.

La habitación son amplias y las camas son cómodas. Todo está muy limpio lo cual se agradece porque te da una mejor experiencia. Las instalaciones del hotel están en perfecto estado y muy limpias. Todo el personal es muy atento y te atienden de manera amable.

Belleza de hotel. El trato al cliente es de 10. La habitación muy amplia, camas y almohadas cómodas. Todo limpio y excelentes condiciones. Restaurante super organizado, atención excelente, el café delicioso, en cuanto al bufette todo lo que probé estuvo bien preparado y de buena calidad y sabor. De platillas a la carta recomiendo los camarones empanizados y el chile relleno uuufff!! (Felicitaciones al chef). Observaciones: Nunca fue posible conectarme a la red Wi Fi para hacer unos trabajos. Muy débil. No pude hacer uso del Jacuzzi o alberca de hidromasaje porque se instaló un grupo de turistas tomando bebidas alcoholicas. Si es un area familiar, no deberian permitir el ingreso de neveras.

Lugar ideal para pasar el tiempo en pareja, en familia, solo o para trabajar. El lugar cuenta con una reserva natural, muy temprano en las mañanas se puede apreciar a los monos, puedes desayunar en el restaurante Don Manuel, y después bañarte en el río nututun.

El río esta muy bonito sin embargo requiere limpieza ya que hay mucha basura de los árboles y de la gente inconsciente que tira sus vasos al agua, la comida está excelente uno de los mejores bufete que me a tocado, mucha vegetación y sombra para descansar
