Es un establecimiento que se encuentra comprometido con la preservación del medio ambiente y la sustentabilidad, cuenta con la implementación y desarrollo de ecotecnias muy buenas las cuales se encuentran en desarrollo. Por otra parte, el ambiente es muy relajante y los alrededores son hermosos, la atención al cliente es muy personalizada y en cuanto a la amabilidad ni se diga. Cuenta con servicios complementarios como Restaurante, Alberca Ecológica, Paseos a caballo, Recorridos al río Chacamax, todos estos muy buenos y muy enfocados a que el huesped conozca una pequeña parte de las maravillas con las que cuenta Chiapas. Winika es "Convivencia eterna entre el hombre con la Naturaleza" Le agadezco la excelenten atención y al Sr. Hernandez.

Muchas cosas que hacer, dormi delicioso, y la alberca ecologica esta genial, tienen un concepto muy bueno, planta de tratamiento y tienen paseos a caballo, tambien el restaurante tiene cosas que nunca habia comido pero riquisimas

Bien situé, en bordure de la forêt et à seulement 2 km du centre de palenque, cet hôtel ne manque pas de charme avec ses bungalows individuels et sa belle piscine. Le personnel est gentil et très serviable. On regrettera l'accès par un chemin cabossé. Tout le reste est bien.

We just picked an hotel in Palenque to have simply a place to stay for one night do the ruins it turned out to be one of the best spend time of our holiday! The object is a bit difficult to find by car but after arrival you are pampered in every possible way. So much hospitality you seldom experience. Fuimos de fin de semana, hemos Viajado a Palenque en diversas ocasiones y ha sido una experiencia placentera, desde la recepción hasta el personal del restaurante son muy atentos, las habitaciones son cabañas de madera totalmente climatizadas, las habitaciones muy limpias y camas cómodas, el restaurante tiene buena carta de vinos y platillos gourmet fusión, ideal para ir en pareja o en familia. La única observación es que no tiene una alberca convencional sino de agua natural por lo que requiere constante limpieza puede ser no muy agradable a la vista. Rentan caballos y bicicletas y hay un arroyo cerca. La tranquilidad del lugar es fantástica.

Wunderschönes familiengeführtes Hotel abseits der Straße. Etwas außerhalb von Palenque findet man diese nette Hotelanlage mitten in der Natur. Der Weg zum Hotel ist ein wenig holprig. Die kleinen Chalets fügen sich in die Natur ein. Wir hatten ein Häuschen ganz oben mit wundervollem Blick in die Landschaft. Tagsüber war es auf der Terrasse schattig und die Wärme im Haus war Dank der Aircondition gut zu ertragen. Zimmer sind einfach, aber hübsch ausgestattet und vom Bett hat man einen wundervollen Panoramablick. Badezimmer geräumig. Alles wirkte sehr neu und war sehr sauber. Terrasse vor dem Haus mit 2 gemütlichen Stühlen ausgestattet. Frühstück bestand aus Obstsalat mit Cerealien, 2 Toast mit leckerer Marmelade, Rührei und Pancakes sowie Tee oder Kaffee. Zusätzliche Bestellungen erfolgen auf Rechnung. Wir fanden das Frühstück ausreichend, lecker und sättigend. Der Pool ist naturalbelassen und sehr sauber. Wird täglich gereinigt. Wasser wird durch ein Biotop gefiltert. Das Abendessen ist sehr lecker allerdings waren es nur sehr kleine Portionen. Als Vegetarier waren wir ein wenig eingeschränkt. Das Personal ist rundum sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Inhaber wirkten allerdings immer sehr zurückhaltend und reserviert. Wäre gerne noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben, da ich den Aufenthalt sehr genossen habe. Eine wundervolle Auszeit.

Don’t mind the pictures you see on the booking site - this place is much better than it seems! Secluded and outside palenque’s centre, the hotel feels quite intimate, with lovely rooms inside cabins dispersed across a gorgeous garden. The food at the restaurant is excellent too. Excellent value for money.
