The photos speak for themselves... as cheap as the hotel is, I wouldn't have the heart to give you an uninhabitable room like this. Termites and cockroaches everywhere. I accidentally booked 2 nights... it's really not worth calling a hotel... I can't cry about it THE RECEPTIONIST AT NIGHT WAS VERY POOR / UNFRIENDLY. I was even suspected because I asked about the bathtub faucet, he said in the APPLICATION IT HAS BEEN DELETED, I even caught him saying that the facility was STILL IN THE APPLICATION... and he insisted without apologizing, glaring and being mean. The second day with the SAME RECEPTIONIST, the room key couldn't work then I asked why and answered: BECAUSE MOTHER CHECKED IT LAST NIGHT.. hey, it was a 2 night application, you were the one who CLICKED WRONGLY ON YOUR SYSTEM, instead you blamed me.. AND AGAIN DON'T APOLOGIZE AND DOESN'T DARE TO SAY AT US, AND HIS ATTITUDE ALWAYS BLAME US.. really defines people as rude and don't have the character of a hotel person..!!!! Because on weekends a lot of people are staying, I know that many people are staying. THE BREAKFAST WASN'T ADDED AT 8.15, it was finished and not refilled. laughed at that answer then went out to eat.. WELL HERE, SPV KITCHEN APOLOGIZED AND GIVEN REPLACEMENT FOOD TO THE ROOM.. and because of that I STAYED THE SECOND DAY WAS WANT TO MOVE HOTEL BUT BECAUSE I'VE BOOKED 2 NIGHTS AND SPV KITCHEN WAS VERY VERY GOOD.. Well, but that's me because I protested... there was a group from the village I think, they were already getting ready for breakfast, they had been waiting for a long time, they said... THEY DIDN'T GET TO EAT... it was really a shame because they couldn't protest like me, so they gave up. When I came back from breakfast outside I met the group, they chose to go home (checkout) early in the morning... ugh, poor thing, I'm already in PHP... PLEASE HOTEL MANAGEMENT FIRST STUDY THE RECEPTIONIST'S facilities and employees Just call it HOTEL!!!!
