Total scam place. The photos on the website does not match with the actual room. The food is inedible here (had to send back multiple dishes) and we had to go next door to Jetwing Yala to have a proper meal. WiFi is 0.4mbps, which is unusable. When we checked into the room, it was full of flies.

A Truly Unforgettable Experience at Laya Safari Hotel My stay at Laya Safari was an absolute dream, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the exceptional service provided by the hotel team to the thrilling adventures I had during my stay, everything was perfect. First and foremost, the General Manager and Front Office Manager were exceptional in ensuring that every guest felt welcome and taken care of. The level of professionalism and attentiveness they displayed was truly outstanding. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Front Office Manager in particular was very helpful, providing me with detailed information about the various activities on offer and even offering personalized recommendations based on my interests. Speaking of activities, Laya Safari offers a fantastic range of exciting experiences, and I was fortunate enough to enjoy some of the best during my visit. The horse riding experience was one of the highlights of my trip. Riding along the stunning coastline and through the picturesque surroundings was truly a magical experience. The horses were well-trained, and the staff ensured that we were safe and comfortable throughout the ride. I highly recommend this activity to anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature and enjoy the serene beauty of the area. Another thrilling activity I had the pleasure of trying was the ATV rides. For those seeking a bit more adrenaline, this is an absolute must-do! The ATV tracks took us through some exciting terrains, and the ride was both fun and exhilarating. It was a great way to explore the area from a different perspective, and the guides were fantastic, ensuring that we had a safe and enjoyable time. As for the Yala Safari, it was a truly memorable experience. I’ve always wanted to visit Yala National Park, and Laya Safari made it even more special. The safari tour was expertly organized, with knowledgeable guides who were passionate about the wildlife and provided insightful information about the animals we encountered. We were lucky enough to see elephants, leopards, and a variety of other animals in their natural habitat. The entire experience was both educational and awe-inspiring. In addition to the exciting activities, the beach at Laya Safari is another reason to visit. The pristine, untouched beach offers a perfect setting to relax and unwind. Whether you prefer lounging in the sun, taking a peaceful swim, or simply walking along the shore, the beach is the ideal spot to do so. I spent many quiet moments here, enjoying the natural beauty of the surroundings. Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely fantastic! Every meal I had was a delight. The hotel offers a wide range of dining options, from buffet breakfasts to gourmet dinners. The meals are expertly prepared with fresh ingredients, and the flavors are incredible. The room service

Wonderful oasis in Yala When we arrived at Laya Safari, the property was virtually empty - and we could hardly believe it, as it was one of my top hotel experiences…and I have spent hundreds of nights in hotels. While the road to get to this little beachside oasis is very bumpy, it is well worth the ride. The rooms have an amazing view of the pool area and the coastline and while the current is too strong to swim in the sea, the roar of the ocean is the perfect sound to fall asleep to. The new manager has taken a lot of pride in the property and put up some very insta-worthy amenities like swings, a tree with lampoons and a small wooden boat. You also get a visit from a wild elephant each night (I‘m guessing semi-wild - they do feed it with fruits which I am not totally in favor of but the bull looked very healthy). We would really like to highlight the friendliness of every single employee from the receptionists to the waiters and poolboys - everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable. Meals were delicious and well-priced. We particularly loved the pineapple fritters for desert. As the hotel is very close to the park, you get picked up a bit later by the jeeps which allows you to sleep a bit longer. The pool itself comes with very comfortable sun loungers and the wonderful water is impressively clean (considering it was stormy each night we were there). The only suggestion we would have would be to open a small souvenir shop. Overall, we loved this place and will recommend highly. Thanks!

Excellent Hospitality Laya Safari Yala The room are very high standard Special thanks to Chef & GM Highly recommended. Amazing beach restaurant, Feels like bali. Lucky enough to see the leopard. Overall wonderful experience. We will come back for sure.

We are a group of people patronized the property and it was very memorable one. we all enjoyed well and the GM to all the staff were very friendly and supportive, they arranged the venue and evening party with camp fire was fantastic. Vey calm and quiet place for all category of people, However you need to be very careful with your vehicle parking and safety because of elephant attack. do not keep any food items in the vehicle. We had a good time and everything was perfectly organized. Thank you Team Laya Safari.
