Rectoral de Lestedo fue una pausa de aire fresco en el Camino. Con una ubicación estratégica, no necesitas desviarte de tu ruta pues el alojamiento está justo ahí, en el Camino De Santiago. Nos recibió Julia y Luis, una pareja encantadora que nos ayudó en todo. Viajábamos con nuestra peque de 2 años y Julia no tuvo más que atenciones y cariño con ella. Las habitaciones eran amplias y bien equipadas, con vistas a un jardín trasero que aportaba frescor. El alojamiento en sí es precioso. Tienen una terraza para tomar algo antes de la cena, que disfrutamos. Pepo, el perro que tienen, ya lo sentimos como nuestro, de cariñoso que era. Emma lo sigue nombrando. La cena fue espectacular y el desayuno del día siguiente también. Cocinan riquísimo. Un lugar donde desconectar, de seguro regresaría aunque no hiciera el Camino, solo para descansar.

Of the 700+ km on the Camino (we stayed at many, many nice establishments) - Rectoral de Lestedo is on the top of our list as the best place we stayed. From the minute we arrived - we were welcomed and treated like we were the only guests there. They made us able to relax immediately in their courtyard where we enjoyed a lovely drink and snacks. Dinner was excellent as well. Superb! The room was peaceful and enchanting with natural surroundings and lovely bedding. To say the service was over-the-top is an understatement. As we left, the owner escorted us out personally and insisted we take a picture he staged perfectly as a souvenir for our lovely stay. We can’t recommend this establishment enough. What a gem!

Excellent Oasis on the way along the Camino. Humberto is a gent, and his staff are excellent. Thank you so much for everything ! The food was excellent. (COD and Pepper pork for mains). Beds were very comfortable and was so peaceful. Really happy we got to stay here.

Oh this is a little gem of a place. So tranquil and beautiful setting. Humberto is a great host and the food is amazing. The building is amazing but probably not disabled friendly there are lots of various levels and steps. The only negative was our bathroom walls did not go up to the ceiling which could be an issue to those sharing room. This hotel is right on the Camino and is a welcome pit stop. Could not recommend it enough. Here you get the personal touch.

The staff are super friendly that we immediately felt at home. The room was spacious and the food superbly prepared and served. It’s like being in one’s own home. The fireplace in the living room was a welcome sight. We really had a wonderful stay after a long walk.

Estuvimos haciendo el camino de Santiago y la tercera noche paramos aquí. Fue un acierto porque nos abrieron las puertas desde el minuto uno, un lugar muy familiar y de trato cercano. Tanto el dueño del lugar como el camarero hasta el cocinero son muy atentos. La comida exquisita y de calidad. El entorno cuidado y limpio.

This place is an absolute oasis on the Camino. Fabulous hosts who cannot do enough for their guests, beautiful rustic accommodations in stone walled rooms, fabulous exterior grounds, amazing food from their kitchen. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here-felt like we were having a Spa Day on our Camino!

Rectoral de Lestedo, located near Palas de Rei, right on the Camino de Santiago, is a wonderful rural inn, filled with hospitality, warmth, csre, and delicious food. Humberto, who is the owner, has a very interesting story about how he acquired this rectoral that he'll share with you if stay there. My friend,abd i dtsyed in a bungalow behind the rectoral. It was clean,warm, cozy and confortable. Santiago, the hotel manager, created a delicious dinner, and Julia and her husband completed the friendly staff. It was a great experience for us on a day that we were not walking a long distance.
