It's a good place to rest your tired body.

It's a little far from the city center, but it's cheap and within walking distance. The staff are friendly. There are curtains on the beds, so you can maintain your privacy. There are no locks, but there are lockers.

The facilities were stylish and nice. Although it was a bunker bed, the floor height was high, so there was no inconvenience when using the lower floor. It was nice that each bed had blinds. On the 3rd floor, the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet were outside the room, and it was a room for 6 people, including 2 people. However, there was no information other than the room floor and bed number. Even though the reservation included breakfast, there was no notice or explanation about breakfast times. I went down to the cafe and said, ‘I have a reservation that includes breakfast. 'What time is breakfast tomorrow?' I asked. I could ask... but I was confused... I went in and out of the kitchen to check on the situation... I waited for 5 minutes. The male staff member wrote down a breakfast ticket for me at 6 or 7 o'clock, telling me what I wanted, coffee, milk and juice. When I came down a little after 6 o'clock in the morning, the cafe lights were off, as expected. The kitchen light was on so I tried to go, but the automatic door from the albergue to the cafe was locked. I went outside and knocked on the door, and he pointed to a door next to me. When I went there, I heard a voice, so I knocked and called someone. A male employee whom I had never seen before asked me to wait a bit, so I waited, but 10 minutes had passed. Since I had to walk a long distance, I thought I would have to give up breakfast, so I went back to that gate. ‘I am a guest. We were informed that we could have breakfast at 6 o'clock. My journey has been delayed. I would like a refund for breakfast.' I told him to wait until the manager came. He said he would come down soon.. A part-timer at the cafe was at work, so I told him the same thing, and he just laughed. I waited for 10 minutes and they didn't come, so I thought it would be better to just eat breakfast, so I ordered and ate it. I waited 45 minutes for a meal that should have been over in 5 minutes, and the journey was delayed on a rainy day, so I am leaving this review very tired. The facilities are good and there are few people, so if you want to rest quietly, I recommend skipping breakfast.

Excelente! O albergue é super organizado e estruturado. Todas as camas têm cortina dos 2 lados, 1 lâmpada e 1 tomada, dando total conforto e privacidade para o hóspede. Além de também fornecerem cobertores. Os banheiros são amplos e limpos, com água quentinha e há lavadoras e secadoras disponíveis a todo tempo. As áreas comuns são bastante amplas e confortáveis e o estabelecimento também conta com elevador. O único ponto negativo é que fica um pouco distante do centro, já na saída da cidade (cerca de 10 min andando do centro).
