We had best experience with Hotel NEO Palma Palangkaraya. Super helpful staff and amazing service. From room service to kitchen staff and reception staff everyone was so pleasing. Food was nice, breakfast many of variety. We asked for last day we walked around hotel with Location is also good. Overall it was good experience with NEO Palma 🥰

The location is remote and the facilities are a bit old. Average in other respects.

Stayed here during our business trip to PKY Airport. The dishes served during sahur is good, just like the breakfast menus. Room (single bed) adequate for personal. Choose the room with view to the street to get the sunlight into you room. Airport shuttle is available on request. It takes 10-15 minutes to the airport (9 km). Price is standard. A lot of restaurants around the hotel.

The room is clean, just the tv remote is broken, the ac comes out of water so it floods until the bathroom door and the underwater entrance of the sink but overall good and decent
