Zur Klarstellung: Die Bewertung betrifft nur den ans Hotel angeschlossenen Campingplatz. Der ist grundsätzlich nicht schlecht angelegt und auch relativ gut gepflegt. Man zahlt 30,00€ pro Nacht und Auto, kann bei mehreren Personen auch mehr werden. Strom ist da, Wasser/Abwasser auch. Alles okay? Mitnichten! Neben dem Platz befinden sich einige Tennis- und Softballplätze, mit deren Nutzer:innen sich die Camper jeweils eine (!) Toilette mit Dusche für Damen und Herren teilen müssen. Ebenso die Küche. Hinzu kommt ein ebenfalls angeschlossener Pavillon mit, zumindest an Wochenenden und in den Ferien, großem Kinderprogramm. Auch die nutzen die gleichen Sanitäranlagen. Grundsätzlich stören sich Kinder, Spieler:innen und Camper:innen nicht gegenseitig, aber für die Nutzung der WC/Dusche geht das gar nicht. Keine Chance, da tagsüber sein Geschäft zu erledigen. Fazit: Für die Durchreise okay, für längere Aufenthalte empfehle ich Camper mit Vollausstattung. Sonst wird es kompliziert. Eigentlich schade, der Platz liegt nahe an Palanga und Klaipeda und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ostsee und Stadttouren in der Umgebung.

I would like to share an unpleasant experience and warn other guests – be very careful with your belongings. Do not leave anything behind, as you might not get it back. I accidentally left my sports shoes behind. I later found out that they had been found and handed over to the reception. However, when I went to collect them the next day, they were already gone. According to the staff, the shoes were still there on Wednesday evening, but by Thursday they had simply “disappeared”. This raises a natural question – how long does “Atostogų parkas” keep lost and found items? And are they really being kept safe if even something as simple as a pair of shoes can disappear within a day? While I’m not directly accusing anyone, the circumstances suggest possible internal negligence. I feel deeply disappointed – not so much because of the shoes themselves, but because of the whole situation. I expected more safety and responsibility from a resort of this level. I hope this message encourages the management to take better care of guests’ belongings in the future.

For 200 eur a night, we expected a lot better. Some issues we encountered: We arrived to our family suite while it was 35c outsite. Inside the suite was not much different, so noone had bothered to cool the room before guests arrive. We turned on the aircos, but they were small units struggling to cool a large suite. There were simply not enough units, and the area with a bed up the stairs stayed horribly warm the whole time. So the people upstairs had the choice of be too warm, or still be too warm but slightly less but with insects from the roof window. We were told the pools closed at 22:00 by reception. At 21:45, we were told by staff that we had to leave because it was closing. We arrived later in the day, and accounted for the pool closing time based on what reception told us, so we had expected to get a good 30 minutes in the pools, instead we got 15. Just tell customers the actual time, or adjust when your employees shoo everyone out. Bedsheets were hard. I have never before encountered this at a hotel. Some fabric softener is due. The amber sauna had an additional charge, with a rotating metal gate. It's ridiculous to ask extra in a paid resort, plus if you want to go again you have to pay again. It was not that impressive to pay extra. Several instances of unfriendly service. One receptionist acted like we were a nuisance when we were asking about something we had reserved in our booking, another one was friendly. Catering staff also treated us as a nuisance when we approached them late evening, but they were all clearly still making food, and they did make our food in the end. We were from a neighboring country, but spoke English, perhaps locals would fare better in treatment.

Регулярно посещаем этот спа. Прекрасное место для пребывания с детьми. В воде не много хлора. Есть открытый бассейн и джакузи. Оригинальные бани с бесплатными процедурами. Есть бистро внутри с довольно приличными блюдами. Особенно хорошо провести время в не сезон и когда нет погоду у моря.

The new renovated rooms in main building are great. We stayed in two bedroom apartment, it was very very nice. Big bedrooms and very big bathroom. Rooms were cosy and clean. Food is buffet is tasty, although not many choices. It is basic, but tasty. Also one hour time slot for lunch and dinner is a bit limiting. There is a queue for coffee in mornings, as there is only 2 coffee machines and they are slow. For lunch and dinner only water is included in the buffet price. Overall buffet experience - if you want something more than just the very basic, you have to pay for it. But there is kettle in room, so it is possible to make coffee/tea there. In the pool are you need to rent towel for 1€/day, or bring your own. Daily room cleaning only involves towels and rubbish, nothing else.

Good Spa Hotel with excellent Pool facilities. Buffet option had good choices & quality but lunch & dinner times were quite restrictive due to 1 hour time slot. Unfortunately our stay was disturbed during the first couple of days due to noisy construction work however the staff in particular Raymonda, Simona & & Amber went to extra lengths to make our stay very enjoyable and we appreciated their attentiveness.

Spa and swimming pool zone was nice. We rented villa and stayed there with family, I don’t recommend for people who want to have more fun because at 11pm you have to be quiet. Those houses are not private it’s not for one family it’s two apartments so you don’t get so much privacy and you need to be very quiet because walls are so thin. We had trouble to get food at evening because information about closing time was left for us wrong. Bathrooms has a very bad smell. We vent for breakfast and outside was so dark no any light. Breakfast was not so good if you are vegan or you have lactose or gluten allergies you have trouble to find something to eat. Staff members is not so helpful and they are very rude!!! I’m glad we stayed just one night. Never again!!!
