2200 m yükseklikte, Palandöken kayak tesisinin yanıbaşında , güleryüzlü yardımsever çözüm odaklı personeli ile geniş, temiz, konforlu bir otel. Kahvaltısı yeterli, fiyat performans harika.

Şubat ayında ailecek kayak tatili yapmak için konakladık. Otel çok temizdi, odalar temizdi. Aile odası çok geniş, temizdi yataklar konforluydu. Yemekleri çok çeşitli değildi ama çok lezzetliydi. Lobisi küçüktü, kayak otellerine şömine çok yakışıyor, olmaması bir eksiklikti. Çalışanlar aşırı ilgili ve güler yüzlü idi. Rezervasyon, karşılama, konaklama her aşamada memnun etmeye çalışan bir ekip var hepsine teşekkür ediyoruz. Kayak odası da çok iyiydi, fiyatları da uygundu. Ayrıca otel piste yakın olmasına rağmen sizi pist girişine kadar araçla götürmeleri ve otele dönmek istediğinizde sizi gelip almaları çok büyük konfor oldu. Birde oradaki otellerin çoğunda üç gece ve üstü konaklamalarda skipass ücretsiz vermeleri de çok iyi bir uygulama olmuş. Bir yıldızı eksik vermemin sebebi; otelin dışındaki sobalı kıl çadır cafe sinde kızımın sobayı ellemesi ve ellerinin yanması! İşletmenin burada suçu yok tabiki ama küçük çocuklu aileleri düşünerek o sobanın etrafına koruma yapabilirler, başkalarının da bizim gibi canı yanmasın. Döneli bir ay oldu hala kızımın tedavisi devam ediyor. Allah korudu, sobanın üstüne doğru düştü yüzü de gelebilirdi! Sadece el ile kurtardık. Birde çocuk oyun alanı hiç yok, bodrum katta bir oda var oda sadece kaydırak var ve rutubet kokuyor, o yüzden kullanılmıyor. Küçük çocuğu olup otelde vakit geçirebileceğiniz yer yok. Bu iki eleştiriyi dikkate alırlarsa dört dörtlük bir otel olur.

Mart ilk haftasında ailem ile konakladık. Aile odasında kaldık odalar geniş ve rahattı. Kayak pistlerine yürüme mesafesinde. Yemekleri makul, çalışanları yardımsever ve güleryüzlü idi. Özellikle Emrah beye ayrıca teşekkür etmek istedim her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyordu. Palandöken'e gittiğimde tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Отдыхаем в данном отеле, находится рядом с подъёмником. До ближайшего продуктового магазина 3 км. До большого торгового центра MNG около 100 лир на такси. Отеле хороший соответствует 3 звёздам, есть сауна, завтраки стандартные, ужины небогатые, но 2 вида мяса всегда присутствуют. Алкоголя в отеле нет. Номера чистые, постельное белье и полотенца меняют. Персонал очень приветливый, английский знают, некоторые даже по-русски разговаривают. Отдельное спасибо Амрану.
