Konumu çok iyi çok yakın yürüyerek iki dakika :) , çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Odalar standart sıcaklık olarak çok iyi Erzurum Palandökene ilk defa gelip kaldım ve yine gelmeyi düşünüyorum snowdorayı çok beğendim tavsiye ederim..

Ocak 2025 de konakladım. Kayak pistlerine 100 metre mesafede. Skipass ücretsiz. Odalar oldukça sıcak. Üşüme imkanı yok. Akşam yemeği açık büfe ve çeşit ***et yeterli. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve saygılı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Başka otel aramanıza gerek olduğunu sanmıyorum

Bungalow otel kısmında kaldık,evin içi oldukça şirin ve kullanışlıydi hem aile için hem de başbaşa romantik bir tatil yapmak için oldukça konforlu.otelin kahvaltısı bazı birkaç teknik aksaklık dışında ***et başarılıydı.sigara içme alanının restonrant kısmında ,öylesine soğuk bir bölgede dusunulmemesi kötüydü.

The food was very bad, we were hungry. If it was free, people wouldn't come here to eat, but the rooms of the hotel are very nice. If you bring your own food with you, you can stay there, otherwise you won't stay. The price and performance are good, but it's not worth coming just because of the price.
